Great place to stay. Lots to do. Good people and clean rooms just loved it. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect location to stay for our vacation. Ocean view makes exciting for kids!
They have nice pools and we could stay long time at there.

Our condo was great, pools weren't warm but not too big of a deal. Hot tubs were nice. Right on the beach, with grills and picnic tables.

Best Condo Ever! We loved this place, everything was perfect! Beautiful ocean views & sunsets! We will definitely be back next summer, the pools were really nice & wasn't crowded at all & the mushroom splash pad which my son loved & we had free beach chairs & umbrella service for the day @ no cost that was exciting for us too! Overall great vacation & vacasa was also great.can't wait to book with vacasa next summer at sunrise beach ️

This was our third stay at sunrise, never disappoints, great locations, the condos we have stayed in have always been wonderful, very clean and well stocked. A huge fan of the jetted tubs. Highly recommend Sunrise. Will not stay anywhere else already planning our next two trips to Sunrise. Only wish frequent stay perks were offered

Love sunrise condo! Clean, simple condo with beautiful views! People are super helpful and the entire process is easy! Definitely going back!

Will never use vacasa again. Got there on Saturday at 4pm (our check in time) and they were in thr middle of cleaning the condo. Air was out from when we got there until 4 Monday night. Because the manager that could call the vendor didn't come in until 10 Monday morning. We had to go buy 3 fans from Walmart to keep it around 85°. We will rent from an individual from now on.

Unit 2208 — Our new favorite place
We have been to this area of florida a few times, but never to pcb. This is now our favorite place to stay. The condo is amazing! Beach front, crystal clear emerald water, white sand, 2 nice pools and hot tubs, walking distance to tons of restaurants and little shops, comfy and clean space with a gorgeous view of the gulf! We were also here for the 4th of july and the fireworks were fantastic. The only thing that was a little bothersome was there are only 4 elevators for the whole building (25 floors), so getting up to the condo during check in time can take a little while sometimes. Other than that, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and are already thinking about booking a trip for next year!

We were greeted when we first walked in our room door when the awful smell of fish hit us in the face. The whole condo smelt like rotten fish. The condo itself was spacious for us 9 people along with being in a good location. The room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned. We had to wear shoes the whole time because the floors were so nasty along with sand and dirt all over the couch. We only received a few towels for 9 of us. Our toilet in the master bath was broken and we reported it to staff which stated someone would be by to fix it and no one ever came. The ceiling fan in the bunk room didn't work. No batteries in remote for tv. The master shower head was broken so only a small amount of water would come out luckily my husband was able to fix that. The coffee pot was melted through so not able to make any. The closet door had to be placed back on henge to be able to close. The majority of these issues were reported on our first day but no one ever came the whole 5 days we were there. Definitely will not be staying here again.

If you can go ahead and cancel the vacation at this location and get your refund while that’s available. Absolutely terrible. The worst we’ve ever stayed in. I’ve attached some of the pictures too about how dirty and gross this place is. It needs a remodel BAD. Also as we were checking in, we heard staff talking about BED BUGS. Definitely didn’t help on getting a restful sleep. We also had a terrible sofa bed which had lumps and was very hard and off. The sofa itself was black from all the filth in places too. The beach chairs where free but then again they’d be the last ones to put them up and the first ones to take them down. Just overall terrible place to stay in.

None of the TVs work. Have been complaining and it’s just one excuse after another. Going on day 3 … After being told by the front desk someone would be here yesterday then today that be here today it is currently 8 PM.no one had come by and of course still no TV. The room was dirty when we got here … Will NEVER come back …

Was very disappointed with the state of cleanliness in the room for my child. The bunk bed was very smelly and the sheets seemed as though they were never cleaned looked like pee knowing that that was very dirty I had a problem getting accustomed to the furniture and such. So as a person who comes here to the beach by renting hotels I would not recommend any who are looking to clean?

The air conditioner was not working all week. It was so hot in the the front rooms we all had to sleep in the living room they only gave us 4 bath towels for 9 people. We called several times to get the air fixed. To only get a maintenance man to tell us ' it's hot outside so this is as good as it gets". Garbage disposal stopped up. We will not stay here again
