I have been there twice in the last week while caring for my parent. The staff at the Olean Blvd location are exceptional. They clearly care about their clients and treat people with respect and a good dose of humor. The man at the front desk is great at putting people at ease and managing what was a huge number of clients on the day that we were there. The Phlebotomist who drew the blood was also wonderful. She was patient and kind and I saw her checking on clients while they were using the bathroom to make sure they were ok. The second time I was there to pick up forms, I saw the same man at the front desk, and he could not have been more accommodating. I strongly recommend this facility.
