When the ac in my vehicle suddenly stopped working I panicked but a quick stop by the shop fixed the issue. My name is James Vicente and I'm writing this review in case there's someone out there who is looking for a great auto mechanic who is honest and fairly priced? Let me tell you first that I knew what was wrong with my truck. I had a bad water pump that needed to be replaced. I called 10 local mechanics looking to get an estimate, 6 of these mechanics wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone 1 never called me back at all. Paul at Sunrise Complete Auto Repair was the first mechanic to call me back with an estimate. One of the mechanics called me back telling me that it would cost me about $800 to replace my water pump, then Pep Boys called me back with a lower price of $486. Paul who called me back first quoted me a price of only $373.00 out the door and after seeing that Paul's shop had almost 150 great reviews, it was a no brainer I went with Paul's shop. He even called me 2 days later to make sure that everything was good with my truck. Choose Sunrise Complete Auto Repair I promise that you'll be glad you did. Thanks again Paul.

This place is great. Friendly, personal, and knowledgeable service. When they diagnose a problem, I trust them completely. I also like the evening drop-off option, which saves me time in the morning not having to drive there before work. Highly recommend!

I don’t know if they don’t know what they’re doing or if they’re just lazy. My car didn’t want to start so I took it here; he tried to hook it up to the computer and he said he wasn’t reading so to see what’s wrong he charged me $120.he pretty much told me to junk it. Took it literally to the auto place behind them “Spice Island” and the all that was wrong was the plug for the alternator was unhooked and only charged me $20.disappointing that this place couldn’t do this.

Having been so impressed by my experiences at Sunrise Complete Auto Repair, I really wanted to write a review to let others know about a business based on amazing customer service that is so rare, As a senior citizen, i have been to many auto repair shops over the years. Paul, the owner, as well as the mechanics have always gone above and beyond to help their customers. They are honest and reliable with a vast amount of knowledge. I am confident when i drive my car in that i will be treated right and fairly. Such peace of mind is priceless!

Took my car to there to have the motor mount fixed, after paying $728 i discovered a loud noise coming from the exhaust pipe which i brought to their attention and owner paul or whatever they call him got so belligerent and rude towards me and he called me a liar and said my car was like that when i brought it. I can swear under oath that it wasn't so, one of them even threatened to deal with me if i don't leave immediately. I've never been treated so badly in my life. It was a rude shock.
