Sunrise Health & Rehabilitation Center

My great aunt was recently accepted as a long term resident at Sunrise Health & Rehab Center. Our family could not be happier with the facility, leadership staff, therapists, social workers, nurses and CNA's. I especially want to acknowledge the DWing Unit Manager, Charmaine Heron and the Social Worker, Carline Eustache, whom I see almost on a daily basis when I visit. Also, Thetlon "T" Detry and Tamara Cato in admissions were very helpful. The Therapy Staff, is friendly and very patient with the residents, improvements with my aunt are very noticeable, a shout out to therapists Cari and Ana! The facility is a bit dated, but it's clean, smells nice and improvements are being made exponentially. We are confident that my aunt is in the right place.

The concierge ladies, Maria and Sonia at the Sunrise Rehabilitation Center are warm, kind, loving, and had lots of patience with all the patients, especially with my Mom. There are lovely ladies and I was happy they were their for my Mom.

Very professional staff, everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Tamara. Sunrise Health and Rehab is also very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Hello everyone, I really would like to give an amazing review to Sunrise Health and Rehab. The nursing staff and therapy staff did a great job with my grandmother. When she went in, she wasn't able to stand and now she can walk with her walker. Thank you so much for your help.

Tamara from admissions gave me a tour of the rehab unit. She was very empathetic. The facility was clean and smelled really nice which is not typical of nursing homes. The rooms had flatscreen T. V’s, and were large. Unfortunately dad passed away and didn’t get to experience the rehab.

I would recommend Sunrise Health and Rehab Center. The staff there is phenomenal, especially the admissions team, they met us and advised us on the options that were best for us!

For a place that is supposed to help and care for people, they surly didn't mind telling someone to go stand with their motorcycle that broke down to go stand on the side of nob hill while you wait for a tow truck. Was told several times that it private property and I need to move it back to nob hill and wait on the side of the active road during early morning traffic for the tow truck.

A few weeks back my grandmother was put in a Sunrise Nursing and Rehab. Before she was admitted she was very depressed but over time the kindness of the staff and the encouragement of the physical therapist help her recover. She came home last week and she's able to move around on her own and I want to thank them for that.

My grand aunt was currently at Sunrise Health and Rehab, I'm really impressed with the care they give and from the admission process it was to her discharge it was flawless. Thank you Sunrise team.

My husband was admitted to the facility and spent 60 days which the staff, M. D.were great. It Is difficult to mention everyone but the staff was attentive to my husband needs. Great experience. To mention just a few of the staff that help in in the F wing for his speedy recovery where Lisa, Sharon, Verna, the physical and occupational therapy team Georgie, Sean, Greta, Ricardo, Dane, Sheila, Tamara, Carolina and Maria of concierge and last but not least Gail of transportation.

Staff is caring and therapist are superb. Lots of CNAs on the floor, but perhaps more skilled RNs are needed as the entire wing had only one RN. Facility itself is older, TVs are older models, and some not even HD, but for my mom who was in for only couple of weeks for physical rehab after a slip and fall, it was adequate. Food is also ok So all in all 3 out of 5 just because the older facility.

Good day, wanted to give a pleasant review for the staff at Sunrise Health and Rehab. The building was very cleaning and I was surprised about the size of the room my uncle acquired while staying on their unit. They have a great Physical Therapy staff. I would refer anyone to that building.

Just wanted to take the time to leave a review for Sunrise Health and Rehab team. The rooms were very big and spacious. The nursing staff and administration were knowledgeable about taking care of my uncle and they even helped get him placed at an assisted living. Thank you for your service.

I want to thank the staff of sunrise health and rehab for taking great care of my grand aunt after she suffered a fall. The staff was very attentive to her needs and made our family feel welcomed. We were pleased with the care she received from admission until her discharge, and return home. Top tier service, from a great facility.

Beautiful and amazing place! Honestly I really enjoyed myself. All the staff members were amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just wanted to take the time to thank Sunrise Rise Health and Rehab for taking care of my aunt. They transfered her from Westside Regional and they keep up with all the doctors orders and help me with set up her rehab. Thanks alot for your service in the community.
