Skylar arrived on time and we discussed what we wanted done with the irrigation system. We walked the property and he bad some great suggestions and recommendations. What I was impressed about the honesty of Sunset Irrigation was my wife wanted to put sprinklers in an area with a large oak tree which we could never grow grass and recommend us in doing something different there in that spot. I was pleased to hear his thoughts and ideas.

I had my irrigation system replaced by Sunrise earlier this year (January 2023). I had issues with billing, which were resolved by management. Now my sprinkler system doesn't work at all and the best they could do is offer an appointment 17 days later and charge me $59 for coming out when it's still under warranty. In 17 days my grass will be dead and my HOA will be sending a citation for the condition of my lawn. As a disabled veteran, there's nothing I can physically do. Just be aware, they can come out and charge over a thousand dollars for work, but not too interested when you have a problem afterwards. I will never use them again. I have to pay $70 to get someone from another company out this week.

We made a Saturday morning call to have our system checked and repaired. We got a call and text to verify that a service man would arrive that afternoon. Dwayne arrived on time and explained what he would do to check the system. He spent quite a bit of time checking everything from the control box, the valves, and all 5 zones. He fixed a broken wire and got the non functioning zone to work again. He showed me that everything was working properly and told me that the wire repair was included in the initial service fee. He wrote 3 recommendations with 3 different price quotes for service that should be done. At no time did he pressure me to agree to any of the service recommendations. He gave me all 3 price quotes and told me to call if we wanted any more work done. I will recommend Sunrise to anyone who asks me.

Next door was having work done so calling the phone number on the truck got an answer to my repair need of a broken sprinkler head. They did an excellent job and Jarek was a gentleman

The rep who came out was nice, but feels as if this was a bait and switch. I have 3 sprinkler heads that need to be switched from 4 inches to 6 inches so was getting some dead patches in my grass. I called Sunrise to have someone come out and they have a $60 fee for someone to come give a quote. I said I was fine with that but wanted to know a range and that I wasn't looking to spend a thousand dollars to get this job done. I asked for a range and they said they couldn't give me any sort of range. I got three quotes, one for $2800, another for $1400 and the third for over $500. For 3 heads this seemed a bit ridiculous and was still charged $60 for the quote.
