Sunrise Paint & Body, Miami FL

The experience from start to finish was amazing. My baby car is perfect! Went to 2 dealers that tried to total my car and call it a day, and Sunrise paint and body took their time in assisting me and saving my car from being a total loss. As a full time college student I couldn’t afford a new car and I thank them for understanding the sentimental value my car holds for me and left it looking amazing!

Getting into an accident is never a pleasant experience. However, dealing with Sunrise Paint & Body is as stress-free and as pleasant as this experience can be. Juan and Lorena are absolutely amazing. Their employees are all hospitable, pleasant, and ensure customers are treated top notch. We have brought 3 different cars to them and should we ever need our car to be repaired we will definitely bring it back to them. They are efficient, left our cars looking perfect and they have always treated us amazing. If you need your vehicle repaired, I wholeheartedly recommend you bring it here. You will not regret it!

This is and will be the ONLY place I take any of my vehicles to for paint and body work. From the moment that you walk in, you are treated like family. The owners are truly amazing and value all their customers. They take pride in the community, the business that they've built, and their customers. If you have any paint and/or body needs for your vehicle, THIS is the place to go.

Went in with my 2019 BMW X3 in October of 2020 to repair/replace a missing radio antenna. I'm guessing it fell off somehow on the Highway.

Everyone at the stop was very nice and I was quoted $570 for parts and labor ($70 for the antenna and the rest for 6 hours of labor).

Picked up my vehicle and noticed the radio or satellite map was not working. Took it back to the shop and they couldn't figure out the issue and recommended I see "their boy" at a BMW dealership in Miami.

I took my BMW to the dealership in Pembroke Pines (prefer that location) and they ended up changing the entire antenna for free (covered under warranty apparently).

I wasted $600 at this shop. Very disappointed.

I have no words to describe the amazing work and customer service this business has provided. 100% satisfied!

If you are in need of professional body work with flawless results, look no further. Not only that, but the level of communication from start to end was top notch.and just when you think it can't get any better, EVERYONE is incredibly friendly! I walked into the shop as a customer and I walked out a member of the family. I sincerely, can't say enough about my experience with Sunrise Paint & Body! I recently had minor damage repaired at Sunrise Paint and Body. From start to finish my experience was nothing short of fantastic.

From the onset, the office representative was polite, knowledgeable and explained the process in detail.

Likewise the Shop’s manager was equally professional. An appointment was set to obtain an official estimate on cost, and timeline for the repair. This process went flawlessly.

I dropped off the vehicle on the prearranged date, and was met with the owner who personally reviewed the damage estimate and engaged directly in the process.

Subsequently, I was contacted several times and provided updates pertaining to the progress of the repair. Ultimately the vehicle was repaired within the timeframe provided and in superb condition.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Sunrise Paint and Body!

I never write a review but the team at sunrise Paint & Body earned one. They were honest (yes - no kidding) reasonably priced and did exactly what needed done for me on time. They are great - ask for Juan!

Very bad experience with the shop manger
Very rude and not help at all. My car had scratches that was never there before and did not finish the job … I was kicked out of the office just because he did not want to submit another supplement to the insurance company that’s his job and he failed in doing his job.over worked and nit watching his employee doing the work. I had to point out many things and he took offense to that … I would never go back … beware very rude and arrogant

Excellent experience. Brought my damaged vehicle in for bodywork. Was immediately helped and walked thru the entire process. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company-No issues. Communication was fantastic as I was updated daily thru text messages or a phone call. They made absolutely sure the repairs were done perfectly. Quality control is their major priority. I can truly say I believe I got my car back “better” than it was before my accident. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Had an accident (front bumper damage) and State Farm recommended sunrise paint and body as the place to take my vehicle. I waited 45 minutes to get an estimate, Poncho Villa took pictures and stated he would email my estimate. Never received any correspondence what so ever. I actually wasn’t surprised because EVERY establishment I’m Miami is shady and lazy. Third world country.

Worst customer service! I had to give at least one star just to give my review but I don’t even want to give one. They took several months to fix my car due to a car accident since July and still my car is not ready. They do not work Thursdays or Fridays only from Monday to Wednesday and they are super rude specially Gisselle.
Please take consideration and think twice when you pick their services or if your insurance recommend this body shop…honestly not worth loosing your time and your peace dealing with this company. This is more than a review an honest advice to whoever is reading this review to save them a bad trip to them. I only give reviews to help people to not make the same mistakes I did. I don’t like to do this but I would like to help someone with my review.

I recently had an accident and I cannot express the way this body shop treated me. Since the moment they called me for an estimate, they were so nice and understanding. I had various of questions about my repairs and JP answered all of my questions in a detailed manner and helped me understand. Lorena and Gisele were also great they were the main point of contact and they called me and kept me informed every step of the repair. They even gave me information about the rental that enterprise themselves don’t tell you just to make more money. They were great and I have no complaints

Very professional place and workers. I have been here for several repairs. They have always done a wonderful job. I have referred many people who agree as well. Love the place and work. I promise you won’t disagree.

As a previous employee of this facility, I can assure you it is no longer a quality repair facility. They are using substandard products and charging full market value, it is the reason why I am no longer working there. It was an embarrassment receiving anywhere between 3 to 5 return customers a week with their paint falling off. Previous owner John Reyney ran a tight ship and used superior products. They're using a clear coat that's not even the same brand as their paint and offering you a supposed" lifetime warranty ". Take your car back and speak with the owner Juan And he will advise you that the reason why the paint is falling off is due to poor maintenance. Also if you have an older vehicle do not take it here especially if it has sentimental value. The shop owner finds it funny to advise customers to take it next-door to the cemetery and put it in the ground (i'm putting it nicely). They are contracted with three major insurance companies that have not gone to the shop and inspected repairs to see what type of substandard operation is being ran. ******BEWARE THIS SHOP IS NOT WHAT IS USED TO BE**** The happy customer with their thumbs up along with the employee in the photo was taken when the shop was actually running things the way that they were supposed to, please do not be misled. It's sad when small businesses like this get greedy.especially after working so hard and dedicating so much time to try and right their wrongs. 8 years I was lied to as well as everyone else that they serviced in that time. I sincerely apologize to all the customers that I serviced over the years with all the very poor quality materials used on your vehicle’s. *****Be careful if you feel like family when your there, that just means your caught in they’re lies.
