I had a great experience purchasing a car here. Nothing was forced on me and my salesman, Marco was exceptionally helpful.

Non-negotiable dealer installed accessories not included in the list price. The FTC has described this as " unscrupulous" and "deceptive and unfair" and will soon be illegal. This is the definition of a bait-and-switch, i refuse to do business with these clowns.

Monique and Andre were so helpful and answered all my car questions. Could not have done it with out them, especially Monique! She went above and beyond. Great dealership, great cars, better people. Truly impressed! Look at my new baby!

I went to several dealerships and my 7th one was here at sunrise Volkswagen of fort pierce Fl when i came in i explained to them about everything i went through at other dealerships and the sales guy Mr J. R. Helped me out with picking a car and Mr. Michael & Mr. Ron and Mr Jermaine Did everything and pushed through as many banks as possible to help me get in the vehicle that i wanted so with that being said i will be leaving there dealership today with my vehicle i wanna thank them so much for everything they’ve done it wasn’t nobody but god so make sure y’all come down to sunrise Volkswagen here in fort pierce Fl to purchase your vehicle you will not be disappointed at all and will leave there the same day with your car.

As a new service customer my wife and I drove two VW's all the way from Vero Beach to have an amber check engine light scanned on one of them. I arrived at 8: 15,30 minutes early, asked if they could have it scanned sooner than the 8: 45 appointment time to help us to determine if my wife and child would wait at the dealership for part of the day or if I would need to take my wife 45 minutes each way back home as I went to work. A bit of a timing puzzle and trek to come and give this dealership my business. Jon said they wouldn't look at it until the scheduled appointment time and had no empathy or options to help us out. I could have tolerated that, but the real poorly handled issue was being informed that it would cost $245 just to read the scanner. Apparently Sunrise VW would rather overcharge for a basic scanner read and rip into a new customer than apply standard courtesies of the VW brand. Did I mention I own two VW's? That is poor business ethic and just plain dumb.
