Worse place to live! Maintenance don’t fix nothing. Mold is in the bathrooms and rooms. My daughter got sick because of the mold, the property manager don’t give a damn. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here.

Do not move here! Management is the WORST! They have zero costumer service, they are extremely unprofessional. Starting with Jessica, Andrea no wonder staff is new all the time no one can stand the manager.they take forever to even go fix anything inside the apartment all they want is your money.they don’t keep the apartments or stairways clean. Carpet is super cheap, no parking space, no gym, pool has been closed for years and always dirty with green water which causes mosquitos. They don’t care about anything. Staff is the worst worst i can’t stress this as much specially the manager. DO NOT MOVE IN here unless you want to deal with their attitude everytime you call to ask for anything. They don’t want to do their job. I’m glad i left.

Its a good place to live the community is safe but parking is kind of limited but over all decent place to live

This is my second time living out here. My first time was when my ex wife was the property manager. She had to many rules and etc. Now I'm out here on my own staff very friendly and helpful. Just need to keep grounds clean better but overall it a very great and not expensive.

Management is just as bad and crooked as other reviewers have stated. My father and I were planning on moving to these apartments and paid the holding fee for what they said was a second floor (which is what we were looking for). Today, a few weeks after this agreement, my father met with them and asked about which apartment exactly they will be giving us and they said it was an apartment on a third story, which was not what we agreed on. When my father pointed that out they claimed that the second floor apartment we wanted wouldn't be available/ready until after October which makes no sense because we originally agreed to move into said apartment around the end of September.

Furthermore, this management is obviously only interested in milking as much money as they can out of their tenants. For example, if you currently have a good Internet service deal with Comcast, AT&T, or any other ISP (internet service provider) say good bye to said deal. These apartments only allow you to have Internet service from some unknown ISP that they're in bed with. Additionally, the Internet services this ISP offers are unacceptable, of poor value, and an obvious rip-off. The basic Internet service costs around $45/monthly and only offers a meager 15mbps; for comparison, Comcast Xfinity offers 20mbps for a cheaper $30/monthly. This service fee is tacked onto your rent. If you want faster speeds then (of course) you need to pay even high prices meaning higher rent.

To wrap it up, the majority of the management staff were rude and not cordial at all, there is hardly any parking spaces available, and as far as I could tell hardly any lights to light your way if you end up having to park far away at night.

Comment about dogs was a real non sequitur when we'd been talking about appointments and Housing two bedroom apartments, All so very much spaced out into the conversation making Lil to no since about the conversation Topic at hand, I would be trying to bring up reasonable prices and for some reason we ended up talking about tacos, Talk about" no work or social skills. They like to obfuscate their messages and Lie about the Bedroom's Mold and toxic water in the Pool. I made a perfunctory review of the agreement before I walked into the cockroach infested Apartments. Noticing also no one in there was properly educated about real estate, let alone educated at all. As a graduate of the University of Miami I'm embarrassed to say that they weren't even Americans. Im glad I Don't live there anymore.

I use to live here. My son and daughter were sick because of the indoor interior of poor quality Care for the buildings themselves, For Example" Aspergillus niger is a fungus and one of the most common found in Florida's soil and under floors, Penicillium chrysogenum common in temperate and subtropical regions and can be found in sink tap water or Bathtubs and toilets. Penicillium digitatum fungus found in carpets and ceilings All so in areas like hallways and stairwells. Let's not forget about
Aspergillus oryzae which can be found transmitted by animals with existing medical disease conditions.
Rhizopus oryzae is a fungus that is a filamentous heterothallic microfungus that occurs as a saprotroph in soil, dung, and rotting vegetation and in some extreme cases can't be found on people, characteristics includes, white spots on the Body, dilated eyes and shortness of breath.
Im glad i Don't live there anymore. All so I never got my apartment down payment back, those Crooks need to be put in jail.

Unfortunately I've lived here for over 2 years this place should not be a place you live in for over a year, I've reported several problems within my apartment on numerous occasions and yet maintenance still haven't fixed anything its been over a year since I've started reporting the problems, Also parking is very limited and horrific here its not enough parking spaces therefore you will have to park in a tow away zone or park. 5 miles away from your apartment, this place WILL tow your vehicle they are not trying to accommodate their renters for parking spaces, also the apartment isn't spacious therefore you don't have any storage space for linen nor pantry items etc.they don't allow you to have anything on your patio except for 2 chairs and 1 table, the pool closes very early and only allow 2 guest.the gym hasn't been equipped or serviced in over 3 years. Only consider this place if you plan on staying for only 1 year.

Worst place ever. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The water pressure sucks, never took a good shower staying there. Has a serious ant problem no matter how clean you keep it. They get everywhere even inside the oven. No storage space at all. Never anywhere to park unless on the curb and instead of working with you they jus try to tow your car like its anywhere else to park. Maintenance is horrible they never fix anything no matter how much you complain and the office personnel are jus crooks in my opinion. No compromise at all and try to add fees on for anything. If you have kids they don't even want the kids to play outside
