Horrible experience with the owner Marilyn over the phone. They don't update their website and they wanted me to see a dr that has zero information online. No reviews. I think they false advertise online as many of their doctors are not located in Miami.

He is an excellent Dr. I recommend him 100%, he has helped me with my migraine and he is very cordial, attentive to all your concerns and questions

A light at the end of the tunnel. I've been hospitalized twice for Major Depressive Disorder and Crippling Anxiety. I've had TMS treatment three times in the past two years, and it has truly saved my life. The staff are compassionate, patient, understanding, considerate.they are like family to me. I cannot recommend them enough. With their help, I discovered I had treatment resistant depression. Their doctors are very experienced and work closely with me to help find the best care, treatment, and options for me. They made the insurance process painless each time I've been treated, and they go above and beyond to accommodate not only my schedule, but my medication needs.

I know that some people have said that the doctor appointments may run a little long/late, but it is only because they don't treat patients like a number or a thing that has to be rushed out the door. The doctors take their time to meet, speak, and learn about each patient and get the WHOLE picture of their life before proceeding with any kind of treatment if it all. I never felt like just another patient there. They made me feel like a friend or family member and that compassion and kindness has been a significant part of my recovery process too.

Thank you so much to Claudia, Marilyn, and Christina. You've created an oasis for me and my mental health.

The physician was great, however, the staff lack knowledge of insurance plans. On top of their lack of knowledge, they lied in an attempt to cover up their mistakes. Love to continue seeing the physician but I cannot deal with the staff and their lies.

I am a patient of neurologist, Dr. Carlos Escasena. Both he and all of the staff there are wonderful! Everyone is courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I never have to wait long and the clinic is very clean and nicely designed. I was scheduled for various tests, and each time my test started at the appointed time and the techs explained each procedure in detail. They made feel comfortable and confident in their capabilities. Dr. Escasena answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

The staff and doctors are friendly and professional. Parking is easy. Place is clean and not crowded. I had to wait 30 min past my appt time because the previous patient took a long time. Otherwise okay.

I had a very good experience. The doctor listens to the patient and asks the right questions to get a proper diagnosis. The team is very professional and they always welcome you with a smile.

I understand that some doctors don't work in the office everyday, however once you have a patient's lab results, I would think that someone would reach out to go over those results. Well that's definitely not the case here. As a medical facility, you just can't leave a patient hanging and that's exactly what's happened with this particular practice. It's unprofessional and beyond frustrating. They truly need to get it together, even if they do, they've lost a patient in me.

If you are looking for a Neurologist in the Miami area, this is definitely the place to go. The staff are really helpful & friendly. And they make sure all of your questions are answered.

Dr. Caballero, very professional, attentive to the patient all the time, I recommend her 100%, she is a loving person, the patient feels understood, and she does everything possible to ensure that you have the appropriate medication, she continues to follow up

I usually never give reviews but this in case I felt it was very necessary considering their lack of professionalism. From my first visit the secretary kept knocking on the door when I was having my consultation, telling the ARNP the time was up and how much longer would he take because he had other patients, she kept insisting by knocking on door to the point I felt uncomfortable. They never told me the person attending me was a nurse practioner, they always referred to him as a Dr. Cunil. Which I didn’t understand how can he diagnose me. I know they can write Rx but they can not diagnose. Second, I had called in advance for my refill they never told me he was no longer with the practice. I ran out of medication, called to schedule an appointment and they wanted to schedule me a month out not considering my mental health and my needs as a patient knowingly I am a person whom needs medication. Instead the office manager decided to get very nasty with me and told to go else where. After telling me the day before she would get one of the nurses to call me back and send a 15 day refill to the pharmacy. Moral of the story the lack of empathy shortens for the practice they have which is for people like myself that are in need of neurological help. However, I will no longer be returning to this practice.

The receptionist is very nice, the office has a pleasant atmosphere, Dr. Escasena is very professional, I would recommend Dr. Escasena to whoever needs to be seen by a neurologist.

Doctors are good but front desk/scheduling is abysmal. Be prepared to wait 2.5 hours for a 5 minute appointment or to be scheduled for the wrong doctor entirely.
