This store has definitely got what you are looking for if you are looking for top of the line shoes and accessories! Beautiful, neat and clean store. I gave it a 4 star because I had to go find someone to assist me.
This is a great store. Lots of various shoes and a huge selection of sandals and flip flops. I’ve purchased a few pairs of shoes here, most recently the white leather Olukai’s. Took the family here that was in town visiting and they bought some shoes as well. We have had absolutely amazing customer service here on every occasion. Highly recommend.
Christy was super helpful and patient with helping me find the most comfortable shoes that would work best for me!
Buyers beware: I bought a pair of oncloud shoes. The fit was not right and they did not have the right ones in stock at any of their stores. I tried to return them and was told. In store credit only for 150.00 shoes that had never been worn and I had the receipt. This is ridiculous! I will never shop at this store again!

Little pricey but that's ok. Problem was couldn't get helped. No body even came over to say "I will be with you in a minute".
I had the worst customer service at the sand Destin location. When I walked to the counter she was texting on her cellphone. I stood there then and keep texting. I walked off and looked at other merchandise. When i came back to counter I asked the young lady about a Black and Red Hammit bag. She said yes its a Hammit. I asked can I see it. She looked at me like i just asked her something so unethical. She just stood there looking at me and DID NOT get the bag. Not friendly at all.
