Steve in plumbing is the best, yesterday I needed to match a small sample of paint. The gentleman working in paint yesterday afternoon did a perfect match. Very grateful

First day shopping at this store, employees have the charm of sand paper when it comes to customer service. Very rude customer service.

This place is amazingly special! The entire store worked to get our grill from the back! The store employees have a very cool culture going on here, they seem happy as a team here! It’s not your average ace hardware or store for that matter! The workers actively try and help you and interact with you throughout your entire shopping experience! They even have a man in a wheelchair working there! This store deserves some kind of award for genuinely caring for humanity!

I previously was satisfied with Golden Gate store. Just had very unpleasant experience. I ordered online to pick up. 2 lady employees at front were too busy talking to help me so I spotted an employee sweeping. He showed me where to pick up and said they've gone home. He was very put out but said he'd try to look for it. He quickly found it but I felt I had highly inconvenienced him.
I intended and needed to shop for other items. But felt very unwelcome and left. Never again. Too many other hardware stores. Shame shame

Always a great place to get what you need from friendly and knowledgeable people.
