I was picking up my cleaning and there were two people in the waiting area missing their orders. My son is also missing 3 shirts. This place used to be so reliable. Sad it has come to this. I will not be returning.

I had been a customer here for years, recently, I was missing three shirts on an order, after waiting three weeks patiently, I was informed that they did not have my shirts and the owners refused to give any kind of replacement or reimbursement for them. As a loyal customer for a few years now, this is rather disappointing.

Don’t come to this place! Lacks customer service and professionalism. I had been a loyal customer of this business for 2+ years. I recently took a dress I needed tailored. They returned my dress damaged. The manager/owner lacks customer service and manners, had no intentions of coming to a resolution and eventually stopped replying to me without solving anything.

Quoted me $38.52 to sew 4 patches on a Jean jacket after they already sewed 10 patches on my last jacket. They decided they wanted $40 for the job instead of $38.52 and so when I went to pick up my daughter’s jacket nothing was done due to the $1.48 difference apparently.

First time here and had a great experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything turned out great! Thanks again

The best dry cleaning in boca. Always get my clothes back within same week of drop off and everything come back perfect!

Two weeks ago I brought 3 items on for dry cleaning- linen pants, linen blouse and 1 plain white tee shirt I asked how soon I could have them and was told Wednesday after 5. No problem. I returned from a trip on this Monday and II brought 5 items in and asked if I could have them Wednesday. I have a long term trip on Friday. This time I was told that that was considered a rush order and I would need to pay 2.00 per item - an extra 10.00 to get them by Wednesday. When I told her about my experience the week before - the nonsense began. She couldn’t guarantee that they would be ready without a rush order- and I had a choice whether or not to pay the fee or not. We went back and forth and I finally said I had no choice.
She gave me a claim ticket and I left. When I got to my car I saw there was no 10.00 fee and she charged me 27.00 for 3 plain tee shirts - nothing on them and 23.00 for 2 capri pants - again nothing on them. The pants are reasonable as far a dry cleaning goes but 27 for 3 tees - I found unreasonable. The clerk was correct -I had a choice! I returned to the store and took my clothes back. It is my opinion that this was just plain greed,

Took my husbands jacket, pants and shirts. Not ready when promised. So I had to go again next day and one white shirt wasn’t ready. Third time they gave me a shirt that wasn’t my husbands. Let them know and they said is the same number as your ticket. Today my husband went to put on shirt for a meeting and sure enough its not his shirt. They lost the shirt and didn’t believe me when I said that wasn’t my husbands shirt. Terrible service. First and last time.

I tried my hardest to give you a good review, but after all I went through, I believe this business deserves 1 star! I dropped them off Wednesday, and the pick-up was supposed to be on Friday. They couldn’t locate the only two white shirts. I was promised to pick them up the next day, Saturday. I picked them up without any mention that it was late, and also, they were dirty with the same stains I took them in the first place. All I got was, “this is the best we can do! ” I ended up cleaning the shirts myself, and now they are much cleaner than me paying $20 and waiting four days!

They advertise 20% off for first time customers, but if they forget to put it on the system the customer doesn’t get it. False advertising

This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and they did a wonderful job cleaning my kind size comforter. I highly recommend Sunshine Dry clean to anyone looking for a fast and amazing dry clean.
