The service and attention were excellent, from the receptionist to sitting in front of the doctor who took her time to explain the procedure and the aftercare to follow in detail. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because the doctor came from another office with a small box in hand with the injection already prepared and did not prepare the injectable in front of me or show me the original bottle that said it was BOTOX. Although I was told that yes, it was the original, however, I had to believe it on faith.it should have been shown the vial so that the client could be sure that it was not replaced.

UPDATE. I have been coming over 3+ years and the staff treats me like family. Great pricing and when I need MRIs or X-rays, the place they send me to is extremely affordable and right around the corner. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
