Nice salon and friendly. But the lady who did my nails must have been in a hurry! Pretty much removed my polish, and repainted after a 5min soak in the tub. Didn’t cut any cuticles, barley cut my nails. Had to ask her to to cut shorter. My “hot stone” pedi was a whole 15 minutes. I also had my fingers painted, she was done with me by the time other people I was with was just getting done with their pedis. Paid $85, regret giving a tip! Too many other nails salons in the area to waste your time at this one!

Hands down, the best pedicure in Pinellas County. They are always able to squeeze me in, even with no appointment. These guys always do a bang up job on my nails, and the customer service is out of this world! They helped me celebrate my mom's birthday, and even gifted me some unique tea for Christmas. If you're looking for a new nail place, I *promise* the staff here does NOT disappoint!

Love getting my nails done here! They really take the time and effort to make them look perfect and meet your needs. Totally worth the price as well! Everyone is extremely friendly and I always go back

I went here yesterday to get my nails done I probably go once or twice a year so I decided to go for my birthday which is this weekend. I told the girl doing my nails that I just want to basic acrylic nothing special and no special paint or design when she gave me my check it was $70. When I asked her why it was so expensive she acted like she didn’t understand me and I didn’t speak English. I still tipped her well because I am that kind of person and I would never do that to somebody but I will never use this business again because they’re not upfront with their customers. Really really poor customer service if you ask me and I feel like I got ripped off I will never be back in here

I’ve tried a few nail salons since moving here last year. The girls here do the best job by far. Kim for pedis and Annie for nails. Highly recommend

Did a wonderful job. Used gel polish and is very beautiful and durable. My aunt and my wife both had awesome results.

It is important to have an attitude of kindness in us, that allows us to empathize with the customers' needs. Today I was subjected to “push marketing”. I was being sold services that I did not want or need. The nail tech rolled her eyes, was not courteous and when I was getting ready to leave said " do not come back". She was upset because I was not willing to buy the more expensive pedicure. So I will not be back. It brakes my heart because my experiences with the other nail tech was great. But, I understand that my business is not wanted here. Customer Service goes beyond offering customers a soda or bottle of water. Please train your staff. Times are tough and you cannot afford to lose good paying customers.

Enjoyed my pedicure and my Mom loved her manicure definitely will be back. My daughter and myself also love getting our toes done here. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

I’ve been come in here since 1997 I’ve seen it change ownership so many times and the new owners that took over probably I’d say 2-3 months ago are by far the best yet. Their work is beyond my expectations and they are very reasonably priced thank you very much for my beautiful nails. I love this place! Friendly staff and they always take such amazing care of me and do such a fantastic job every time

They are always accommodating to me when I walk in. The store is clean, well run, pedicure is always very well done. They dont try to push more exspensive services. Very nice and pleasant room, relaxing decor for pedicure area.

I always have a great experience and feel like they take the time to do everything right and make sure that I’m satisfied. I always feel relaxed and I always come back.

Always a pleasant place to go. Always get the BEST services and customer service. Never had a service I was unhappy with.
