18Dr Panthulu is the best Rhreumotology medical service provider and her entire office staff are commendable.
I didn’t have a good experience. I had an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early. Filled out all paperwork and was called in within 10 min after my air time. I thought this was a good sign that I would be seen in a timely manner but then I waited for the doctor to come see me for 57 minutes. I was uncomfortable and in pain. The doctor spent about 15 min with me. I received multiple emails, text and phone calls prior to my appointment for confirmation. I was advised that if I cancelled they would charge me, if I showed up late they could charge me and or cancel the appointment. Why isn’t my time as important? I showed up in time, filled out paperwork well before my appointment time. I have an issue with doctors offices who don’t have a care for the patients time. I asked the front desk about their policy regarding how long it’s acceptable to wait to be seen by the doctor. I was informed that she didn’t know what the policy was. She didn’t think they had one. I asked her so if I was late or canceled there would be negative consequences but there is nothing the other way around? She just looked at me shaking her head very nicely apologized and agreed that it wasn’t ok. Still the wait, lack of explanation, empathy, and lack of consideration for patients is unacceptable. The doctor herself was very nice and the employees too. However patients have rights too and my time is just as important.
The experience was very comfortable, professional, informative and pleasant.
I really liked the attention that was given to my health.

I saw Dr Kathleen Fitzgerald. She was attentive, asked a lot of questions and elaborated on her thoughts, so I understood. I found everyone I spoke with to be thorough and pleasant
I have been a patient for quite some time. I had an insurance issue I was mot aware of when I checked in for an appointment. I advised I spoke to my insurance that same day and was not told of any problems and I would call them as soon as I was out of the appointment to get it corrected. The front office staff stated I would only be seen f I paid the whole office visit fee and would not accept my copqy amout. As long as I have been a patient they did not take my best interest into consideration and only wanted the money. If the insurance did not get corrected they should have known from my payment history I would have paid the balance which would have been less than half the visit fee. I am a front office staff for a doctor and we work with our patients for what is in their best interest. Guess it's time to find a new provider.
This is a joke of a business, since the way they attempted to handle accountability is to mitigate all responsibility and pretend i wasn't even a customer.
This place told me that they accept my insurance. I sent them my information a week in advance to make sure there is no confusion. After going in to see this quack of a doctor, who did nothing but prescribe a test, which the ER didn't even honor and did their own test. I write the "doctor" on their own portal system asking about the test of the results in her opinion, after the ER doctor already cleared me, and she insisted on me coming in only to charge me money again and tell me nothing is wrong. Then i proceeded to at least get a prescription for a biologic, only to find out the pharmacy is not going to fill it. So essentially I paid $100 dollars out of pocket for absolutely nothing and wasted my time going in to this office twice. Next i get two bills from my insurance in the amount of $500 total. I am told they are not in-network despite what they told me. I contacted their office and am given the run around. Kathleen Fitzgerald never bothered contacting me herself. Her incompetence is only matched by her cowardice. I end up calling numerous times, and emailing only to be connected to some broad named Marylin who tells me it was a "human error". As if though that's my problem. Needless to say I reported these people, and when leaving a review, their response was to pretend they don't even know me.
As it turns out they are not only grossly incompetent, criminal and negligent. They are also incredibly stupid.
The PA was very thorough. She was very professional and pleasant. The office is run very efficiently. I was impressed and I feel like I will benefit greatly.
I have one word "awesome". Julie was very thorough and was explained to me so I could understand my situation. The time they all spent with me was great. I really like Dr. P also. Everyone was so polite and kind to me.
Dr. Zuleta very patient answering all my concerns. Providing information and guidance. Very nice doctor! Would definitely recommend their office!

The entire staff and doctor were terrific. I was referred to them by Baycare as a quality specialist and they were 100% correct. I highly recommend.
My experience was excellent. The receptionist was very kind. The nurse that took my vitals and other information was very personable and I didn't feel rushed or like I was being funneled through. They both took their time with me. The doctor was very thorough.
Dr. Panthulo thank you for making your office not only a very professional but a very friendly office. PA Julie made a impossible situation possible for which I am very thankful. Jasmyn Williams and Leidi Perez were very kind as they successfully accomplished what other medical offices stated they could not. I only wish that your patient friendly office were the norm & not the exception.
I just conducted a follow-up visit with DR VEDASHREE PANTHULU M. D.under the advice of my hematologist. DR VEDASHREE PANTHULU M. D.seemed to in some way take it as a challenge to her professional standing and knowledge, and proceeded to be rude and dismissive during my appointment. Let's add unprofessional in her approach and attitude as well to my visit.
