Sunshine Valet, Tampa FL

I can not say enough Great things about Sunshine Sunshine Valet! I stayed at Hotel Tampa Riverwalk, and Sunshine is the company they use. They are extremely fair priced, fast and convenient! Every single employee is always working extremely hard to get everyone’s car to them safely and fast. I also had some dealings with the owner himself Bob who is amazing, no wonder the employees are great! It starts with great management.
I would definitely use and recommend this valet service to everyone!

Their valet team parked out car for dinner at the Julian restaurant at the current hotel. After receiving our car we found that an envelope with a birthday card waiting to be sent out to our son had been slit open and the $250 gift card inside was now gone. We called this company for 4 days. Not one representative ever answered the phone. We called the hotel to inform them what was going on who got us in direct contact with the supposed location manager for them. He was dismissive but said I'll pass your number along to upper mgmt before hanging up. We waited another day. Still no call. This company does not care about service or accountability. Even the manager could have at least apologized about the incident to be nice but we got nothing. A review of other reviews here seem to be similar. A pattern.

Minor damage immediately reimbursed. It means a lot to see a company with honesty and integrity and a willingness to correct things when an issue arises. Despite this little hiccup, they have always been prompt and polite in handling my vehicle. Trust restored. Thank you!

While at Coopers Hawk we used this valet service and $500 cash and a gun was stolen out of our car, at this time with 6 unanswered voicemails we have no resolution.
