SunTrust / Truist reviews
7If you go to this branch and need ANYTHING done, ask for the manager Jason. He’s the only competent person here that actually treats you as a member/customer of the bank. Everybody else but the lady’s are on some strange ego trip.
Emmanuel was very helpful today. He was able to get what i needed done, and get it finished in a timely manner. Very nice man to deal with. Especially with the craziness going on right now, any bit of normalcy is appreciated! Thanks Emmanuel!
I am a manager at a local business that uses Suntrust for all of our banking needs. I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but I am so extremely frustrated with this branch and will be avoiding it at all costs in the future. Since Suntrust has phased out deposit slips, I write my deposit information on a post it note, very clearly. On Friday, I went to make a deposit for exactly $937.48, and I am 100% positive there was exactly that amount in my deposit bag because I counted it six times, being that it was such a large deposit. I checked to make sure they put the deposit slip in the bag before leaving (because they often forget and I have to ask for it.) but I've just noticed the deposit was only made for $932.48. Its only five dollars short, but that five dollars now comes out of my paycheck because it doesnt match the reports. This is the second time I've been shorted at this location - last week I sent an employee to this Suntrust to get change for $30 (two rolls of quarters and two rolls of dimes: $10 + $10 + $5 + $5 = $30.) And they shorted her one roll of quarters, $10. Of course the employee didn't notice until she arrived back at the store, meaning the odds of it being rectified were slim because she hadn't checked before she left. But that $10 came out of my pocket to correct the cash drawer. So regardless of how close this branch is to my store, I absolutely refuse to do any business there because I can't trust that they'll do things correctly. Who knows if this is a genuine mistake or if its intentional? Twice in the same week? For all I know someone is taking my company's hard-earned money for their lunch. Now I will be going out of my way to a different Suntrust branch.
Rude people work in this bank. Especially the teller on the far right. Last time I enter this branch. By all means avoid this branch
This is a lovely branch of Sun Trust Bank. I found all the associated very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They are always friendly and speak to every customer as they enter the bank.
Rude and unhelpful employees, "fee frenzy", and the worst banking institution. Stop- go to TD instead. TD is what banks should be!
Of all the SunTrust Branches I have been to, this is the best in S FL. They solved problems that other branches were unable to. I highly suggest the team at this branch.
