I can honestly say I’d give zero stars if possible I am genuinely disgusted with how deliberately misleading this company is. I booked a shuttle to universal studios that promised 6 to 7 hours of free time once at the park. The wording was very specific about it being almost 7 hours in the park BEFORE heading back to the cruise ship. Once on the bus me and my family got informed that we must be back on the bus no later then 4pm and that the travel time will be 1.5 hours each way. When questioned about the number of hours that are actually spent in the park the man running the shuttles informed me that the 6 hours not 7 include the travel time from pick up to drop off and that he usually recommends that no one actually go into the theme parks. Just hangout outside the parks at CityWalk. I informed the man that the description was very wrong and he did not seem even slightly surprised. I also asked him for a customer service number or a business card so that I may place a complaint and he was unable to provide me with either. I spent $140 on travel with them and purchased $600 worth of tickets that I couldn’t return for a total of $740 spent for less then 4 hours which may be fine for some but was not ok with me. I would never recommend this company and I will also be writing to Royal Caribbean about the fact that they allow this to happen to their guest.
