Recently my mothers age 93, who lived independently experienced complicated medical issues that resulted in our family needing to make decisions about her ongoing living arrangement. I live out of state and flew to Florida to care for my mother and was honestly clueless how to move forward in planning. After researching available services for seniors, I found Sunway Senior Living and contacted them for assistance. This was the BEST decision our family made as we were assigned a Concierge, Lisa Keith, who led us through all our options. Our decision was Assisted Living and Lisa navigated this whole process for us. It goes without saying that when caring for a loved one, it is extremely stressful and time is limited! Lisa was so efficient in scheduling visits, explaining all we needed to know including financial options, saving me so much time! What was so impressive was the quickness in which she returned calls and provided information. I couldn’t believe this service was at no cost to our family especially with all the time she devoted to us. Even after my mother was placed, she reached out with compassion and genuine interest to follow up on her adjustment and medical issues. Families in crises really need to know this service is available as it was a lifesaver for us! Thank you so much!
