Super Clean Auto Detailing & Mobile Services, Tallahassee FL

I was very disappointed in the service that I received today. It's been a few years since I've been to super clean and I have to say that the service has really diminished. I paid for a clean inside and out and clearly the inside was not done which I pointed out and the gentleman said he did clean it, there was dust and crumbs still visible. I didn't feel like arguing I left and  cleaned the inside myself that's the last time I will use super clean I would rather go to teen challenge.

DO NOT buy the GROUPON I went there to use it and the lady said you can only use it in the morning, so asked at what time she said 9am then I asked until when and she said 10am. It does not say that on the GROUPON she made that up on the spot. They want you to buy the GROUPON and not be able to use it.

Was there over 2 hours. Workers are trying to bribe you into getting extra details but wanting to do it quietly so they can pocket the money.first experience was bad. Never again.

They do a decent job, but customer service is terrible. I got a Groupon, went there on a weekend, and was told to come back on a weekday. I came back on a weekday, and they told me to make an appointment. I tried making an appointment, and they said no appointments. Wasted like 4 trips going there.

Do not get a Groupon unless you are able to go on a weekday morning. I visited TWICE (after calling and being told they don't have appointments) only to be told that they don't accept Groupons on weekends and they only accept three a day (so by the time I could go in the afternoon, they weren't accepting any more) even though the Groupon did not list any of those restrictions. Needless to say, I traded in my Groupon. Very poor customer service.

Windows were streaky, sand still on back seat (like they forgot to vacuum just that seat) and took literally ALL day. I'm not talking like 3 hrs. I'm talking about from 9am till 4: 30pm (was supposed to be finished by 1: 30pm) and when I arrived it still wasn't Finished. They were sitting around, I assume to take a break (which is ok) but then was told "I was waiting for you to come before putting the mats in so you could see the carpet". Ok, cool. But the mats were still dirty. So I had to wait for that. Grant it, they vacuumed the hell out of my carpet (which is why I gave 2 stars) but for a FULL detail this is NOT the place to go. I had to re clean my windows bc I couldn't see from the glare made by the streaks. The outside was washed but still had love bug guts on the windows and front of the vehicle. The detail was a gift from my husband so it was already paid for. So, if you decide to go to this place, pay AFTER you see what kind of job they did. I mean, it could just depend on who is detailing your car but what was supposed to be a full detail ended up just being a lazy wash and lazy vacuum.

Worst detail job I've ever seen. They left about 2 gallons of water in my vehicle seats and floor. They missed several spots. Definitely not worth the cost. And be careful they will ruin your interior.

They did an amazing job! There was a little bit of a wait but it was def worth it! And for that price They for sure have a new customer.
