Super Duper Spot, Lakeland FL

I saw a picture from a previous review that looked amazing, I asked them if I could get it and they said it was a limited time thing but that they would do it for me. It is absolutely delicious! The employees were very friendly, I will definitely be back

The chocolate malt shake was really delicious! If you love chocolate, try this one. The GM was so kind and awesome. Visit their place at Joinery in Lakeland. SUPER DUPER SPOT!

This burger has to be the best burger in all of Florida! Amazing fries and chocolate malt shakes! And the manager is super duper cute too!

They were out of chicken again! Lol and the manager had just arrived. Orion, he made it happen! The food was definitely delicious. We had the bacon burger and the chicken plus cheese fries.

Dirty Bird chicken sandwich is delicious. The hamburgers are okay, but the grilled cheese is straight lazy. It was barely warmed bread with cold cheese in the middle.

At least the chicken sandwich was worth it!

Food is pretty good but overpriced. The customer service it's absolute TRASH they treat the customers as if the customer needs them and they dont need the customer's business. They're super duper rude (see what i did there) lol. They somehow got my order wrong after me telling them exactly what I wanted weird right lol. I call to let them know so I can bring the food back and so they can fix it. They get upset and hang up the phone on me. Wouldn't pick up when I call back so I waited about 15mins I call back. I say he why did you guys hang up on me? The lady just hands the phone to someone else. I tell the guy who picks up I was hung up on by the lady that game him the phone and he tells me just tell me what your problem is I was like wow. I just want my money back you can keep the food. He says ok and hangs up on me. But I didn't give him the info he needs to put it back on my card yet so I call back took about 20mins this time they finally pick up and I say hey I don't want any trouble I just want my money back and I'll give your the food back and won't charge you for the gas it will take me to come back for the messed up order you gave me she laughed and said i just sent it here it is a week later and still didn't get my money back

The service was really excellent, the staff was super friendly! I felt very welcomed. The food was delicious! Will definitely be going back!

We ordered Uber Eats and did not get any of the condiments that we requested. Didn't even give us ketchup for our French fries.

Wow, this place completely blew me away! Their food was spectacular & the guy helping us (Tyler) was phenomenal! We had a huge party & he was absolutely wonderful helping my parents who had tons of questions lol Thank you Tyler & Super Duper Spot, we will be back for sure! Best burger in town!

Chicken sandwich was good, but salty.really salty. Still good. Customer service, not so much. Young lady at the counter had zero patience, rushing me along to order, and not very polite. After reading some of the other reviews, it looks like this is pretty much the norm.

We had a large party tonight and Tyler and his crew made sure we had everything we needed, and it was so fast! Tyler was extremely polite and made us all feel welcomed and the whole staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Tyler at the register Is The sweetest man ever! He has great customer service and is so kind and generous! We were about to pay for our order to realize we forgot our wallets so we had to walk all around the lake again and come back but probably wouldn’t make it back before close so Tyler took care of our bill. We went back with a card later on and he still didn’t let us pay. Thank you so much Tyler!

Service was slow. Out of items listed on menu. Burger was good, but not enough sauce and pickles.
