They told me that my coil was leaking and I needed to replace it, given me a price of $1700 for labor. The coils were over warranty. So I got an second opinion by Progressive Air and they told me, no leaks and low in freon. They need the recommended amount, and the service call. Which was under $300. Super Heat and Air are crooks.

I am so grateful to God because I contacted this company and they quickly came to give me an estimate. The first young man Izzy Rivera took his time to explain to me in detail the problem and how to solve it. Today another technician came and installed the ultraviolet lights and the entire air purification system. Tremendous service from the young man and I understand that tomorrow they are coming to finish the work. I'm going to put a photo of what the room with the air units that caused my chronic asthma looked like and then when the work is finished I'll send you how everything turned out.

Jose A was super friendly and quick with his service. He informed me of amazing opportunities to have a better experience with their service with programs and products I didn’t know about and offered a great deal. I would recommend this company for AC replacement and service.

Super Heat and Air installed my air conditioner 2 1/2 years ago. They did a great job installing the unit in a tight space. All of their representatives are kind, patient and responsive. Today James came to do routine maintenance. He is a very skilled technician. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He is also kind and empathetic. I definitely recommend this company to someone needing a new air conditioner, routine maintenance or emergency repairs.

We have used multiple AC companies over the years - by far, Super Heat and Cool are the most professional and knowledgeable of any. James Kraft initially came to repair our unit however he quickly explained where the problems were arising and since it had been 12 years, we decided to replace the system. James was extremely detailed in regards to explaining what we were buying as well as the service and warranty with the new unit. In addition, Henry and Jose installed our systems and they were so cordial as well as highly skilled in the process. We are now breathing beautiful mold-free air thanks to this amazing team. In essence, the teamsmanship of this company is what I feel is their greatest strength. I recommend this company to anyone looking for repair and/or replacement without any hesitation.

Quick turn around time. First Phone Personel and the tech are very professional. I even get a picture of the assigned tech. He was very informative and upfront! Unfortunately Pricing didn’t work out and we didn’t use them.

The tech came to my house on time and found the problem very quick. Saw my air handler fan had died, also discovery that the part is under warranty (1500.00) all I pay is labor. Unfortunately it's a Sunday so I have to wait till Monday for the part which is no big deal the tech was very polite and even put booties on his shoes. All in all five star experience I will definitely recommend him and company.

The tech was friendly and made sure the job was done right. My wires were wonky, so he asked to check for attic access and assessed the situation. I was happy to see that he didn't just access the way they were. Very polite and professional, too.

My AC was an old unit and I knew I had a leak. The staff came over and was super honest and helped a lot! He helped with getting a new unit since it was for sure needed at a great price. Not only did the financing was easy and painless, I was able to get my unit installed in less than 24 hours. He still helped to ensure I had some cool air during the night since it is HOT in Florida until my new unit arrived. Will for sure recommend!
