Highly recommended store, I took my son and Lolita do the style like he wanted, she is very professional, definitely we come back with her!

Made an appointment online that was useless - arrived on time and was asked to wait because someone from walk-in was waiting and the lady there decided to do his hair instead of mine during my appointment.

You either respect online appointments and my time or don’t give them as an option. I can understand 5 minutes delay to finish working on someone else but don’t just take another customer instead of me during my appointment when I’m there…

What is the point of having an appointment system on your website if you guys are not going to honor it? I came 15 min early and the lady just screamed at me that there were too many customers, that they close within 45 minutes and to leave and come back tomorrow. This place and brand is completely unprofessional with this kind of staff and false advertising on their site claiming one can make an appointment.

Worst experience ever. The hairdresser understand nothing what I want. She was really outdated, and have no idea how to do a fade. Getting a haircut at home, by my roomie would be better.

2ed time I have set an appointment that was ignored. When walking in they have said to bad your at the end of the line even though I came 5min earlier to the appointment. Lost my business moving forward.u

DONT GO! Short on staff No organization Forget about scheduled appointments they don't count will take you an hour after booked time on the app Get it together people its just a franchise not hard to figure out how to cut hair and keep appointments going elsewhere from now on.

As a barber, there is not arm at letting the customer know that you don’t have experience with his or her hairstyle. It gives the customer the opportunity to either take the risk or go somewhere else. I asked for a medium skin fade and I ended up with this. I have a shoot in couple days, I just have to improvise now just because the barber didn’t do the right thing and let me know that she didn’t know how to do the style that I asked for.

Read positive reviews posted for Patricia. Gave her a try today and I was not disappointed. Good job and very pleasant person. I will be a returning local customer.

I'm very happy to say that my stylist did an excellent job. LOLITA did an excellent job and it made me happy. She is amazing and always stays on tasks. She was professional and friendly. I recommend anybody this place and stylist. Her name is Lolita and she also make sure that the customer is happy and that if you like what they are doing. The staff is great and very friendly. I had my hair cut by Lolita today and it was very good. I highly recommend this place if you live near the area.

I have been going here for just over two years to get my hair cut. I am so lucky to have found Patricia, she is great! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She takes pride in her work, and pays attention to even the closest details. Ask for Patricia and you won't be disappointed.

I have gotten my haircut here several times and service and attitudes has really gone down I tried today (Friday) to make an appointment for a haircut for Saturday haircut and I'm told I can't make an appointment for next day but I have to go online to make the appointment for tomorrow. I'm on the phone with her but she rudely says go online I can't take the appointment by phone. Ok, lost my business and lost my tips. Good luck
