Decent price, clean, and professional. My preferred location is off Alafaya just North of UCF. The girls communicate knowing the way I like my haircuts, friendly, and is more personable with less traffic compared to the location in Waterford Lakes. Important to find the location right for you as they’re all different in their own way.

Very polite and friendly. Very professional and informative. Did an amazing job with my daughters hair.

Walked in and both ladies with red hair and light brown hair were rude from the start, another lady walked in and the light brown haired lady noticed she spoke broken english and started yelling at her like she could comprehend what she was saying if she yelled it instead of working with her.disgusting.won’t be coming here again.

I went in for blunt cut 2 inches straight off the back with curved edges and curtain bangs. I was trying to grow out the little bit of layers I had left. What I got was an un even cut and 3 inches of layers. I was shocked and didn’t know what to say at the time. So not happy and now I have to spend another year trying to grow out the layers. I will not return.

I had an appointment for 10 and waited almost an hour to get my hair done. In the chair at 10: 50. The work on my hair was cute though so I’m not as mad as I probably should be.

First time there. I love my cut. She listened to what I wanted and made me very comfortable.

I have been to several hair cut places over the years and this is by far the best. I’ve only been here twice so far, but both times produced the best hair cuts I’ve ever received. Love the staff and quality.

Had a stylist with green hair, unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was a great conversationalist and had amazing attention to detail during my haircut. Will definitely be going back to see her again.

I got charged $20 just to trim off an inch of a ponytail! Plus the hair cutter kept talking about being on Xanax. Just a bit scary.

Checked in online in the morning for a 1: 00 appointment and specified Tavia for the stylist. I arrived at 1: 00 and she was busy with someone else. They had me check in once again in the store. It said my wait was 29 minutes. I questioned this as I had a 1: 00 appointment. I was told oh it won’t be that long. After waiting 30 minutes I said I had to go and why bother making people make appointments. The other lady working there tried to say it’s because I selected a specific stylist. I said no I selected that when I made my appointment so it was no surprise that I would be there at 1: 00 and expected to have Tavia cut my hair. They just don’t care. I will never be back. Go somewhere else if you value your time. Obviously this business does not.

Tavia is an amazing hairdresser! I've been going to this establishment for the past 3 years. She always gives it her best, and is very knowledgeable about haircare. If you like rocking shaggy layered hairstyles like myself, you should ask for her specifically.

I absolutely love this location! Tavia has cut my hair before, but I decided to write a review today just to see if the place was consistent. It is! I cannot recommend Tavia enough. She is an absolute gem who will give you advice on your hair style and type, and will talk to you like an old friend. She is so sweet, and I cannot wait to get my hair cut again! Thank you!

I loved going here to get my haircut. They have changed. First I came to make an appointment and I am told I didn't need to make one. I arrived one Sunday and was told I needed an appointment, if I wanted to wait it would be hours. The place may be under new management. The girl was pretty rude and looked overwhelmed. I walked out and I will not return to that location anymore. It was embarrassing to say the least.it was unprofessional.

I usually come here all the time and never had an issue. Literally showed the person who cut my hair a photo of what I wanted and it's way shorter than what I asked for. I'm really sad and upset now cause I look ugly and don't know what to do about it. Guess I am cutting my own hair from this point on. It was nice doing business with you guys while it lasted.

I got my hair cut here by a really nice younger woman with gauged ears. Unfortunately i can’t recall her name, but the staff was so friendly and the store was very clean. And I’m so happy with how the cut turned out! I think I’ll be returning for sure.

Super rude front desk lady who tried to over charge us and called me a liar when I said its usually not $250 to get hair colored at a supercuts. We looked up the price online, high end is $115 so not only did the receptionist gaslight us by lying she also tried to STEAL from us by over charging. Do NOT go to this OR ANY supercuts if you care about money, honesty, or being treated like a human.

I've come here twice with an appointment and still waited 20-30 minutes. So basically appointments mean nothing.

I went to get my haircut and I asked for an inch and some light layering and what I got was 2-2 1/2 inches off and a heavy layer. I just wanted it a little shorter and now my hair is above my shoulders. I would also like to add that as a college student being told that your hairdresser doesn’t like college students and would rather work with people who make money, it is kind of rude and pretty much makes me think that you think of me as less than because I don’t make money since I’m in school. I work hard for where I am and don’t like to be looked down on since I’m still a student. Would not recommend coming here unless you have a high paying job and can afford not to get treated this way.

Very nice hairstylist. Nice atmosphere all around. Great place to get a haircut going here next month.

The dude that done my hair was so unprofessional he wasn't wearing no gloves and I had to tell him wear face mask it was my first and last time.
