Got curls? Go see, Julia. If you have naturally curly hair I recommend, Julia! She will forever be my Beautician with my business! She took into consideration how much my curls bounce back after being cut. The atmosphere was comfortable and i was greeted with a smile from all the staff.

My girl wasn't working Tuesday so I got my hair cut by Isaiah. This guy was "Super" kind and friendly!

Sandraya is an amazing colorist and hair cutter/designer. She is very busy but that is the reason why she is in demand. She consulted me about color and highlights. She has an amazing demeanor and exudes professionalism and experience. I am happy with the drastic change I did to my hair and chose her to help me transition into my color change. All in all my experience is excellent, the price point is fair and I had a positive experience. She is definitely going to be my go to stylist from now on.

The staff here are fantastic, my kids love coming here. They always have availability or get us squeezed in. They give good feedback and opinions on styles for my son. Very quick and they do a great job. Keep up the hard work! We’ll see ya next week)

Such amazing customer service! I went in there randomly without an appointment and I was seen in about five minutes. Julia was spectacular, I’ve never had such a great hair care experience. I feel like she knew more about my hair than I do, I will definitely be going back there for coloring and all of my haircuts and hair care advice.thank you

Usually have a good experience, went in today with an appointment for 3pm, was told a 10 minute wait and ended up being 25 minutes. Even then a walk-in came in 15 minutes into me waiting and they sat him down first. Not sure why you’re allowed to set appointments if they don’t mean anything. If you visit here just walk in, it will be faster than appointment apparently. Disappointed with how it went, lost a loyal customer.

I found Supercuts to be the best place in Fort Myers to get my hair cut and dyed based on customer service and affordability. I feel like a welcomed, long-time customer, but have only been there twice.

Consistently great hair cut every time. I've looked for a long time to find a really good cut.

While I was waiting, I found a picture in the "haircut " book I wanted. I showed the lady the basic haircut I wanted. I told her I did not want it short on the sides, and longer on top. So that is the exact way she cut it.short on sides, longer on top, stitting there I noticed, they cut every man's hair the same, no matter what u tell them. I hate my haircut, and will never go there again! I was there today no matter what ur records say.

My regular gal, Sondraya, was not available, but Julia stepped up and did a supurb job! Many thanks! This salon gets a ranking of 10 for service, staff!

Liked going to this location because my hair stylist Tracy, who I have used for several years now worked there. However Tracy has left this location here in Florida and is relocating to another Supercuts salon in Kentucky. I will miss her, she was fantastic.

The reason why I have Supercuts a five star rating is because out stylist was wonderful.
She took her time, made sure we were happy with the haircut.
This about blew me out of my chair, she placed a hot wet towel on everyone's head and everyone absolutely loved it.
I told her in Georgia, where we live. No one has ever done this. I guess it's Supercuts, signature thing they do.

Sandaya was amazing and we are both from Indy! She did a fantastic job and enjoyed our conversation! I live in Tampa and come to Ft. Myers every 6 weeks to see family! She will be cutting my hair from now on! Thanks Sandaya and I will have chicken and noodles next time you see me!

The ladies here always do a nice job on my hair, doesn't matter who I get, I always walk out happy.

I made an appointment with a stylist never used before, so taking a chance. Sandraya was absolutely terrific. She pampered me with a wonderful shampoo and cut my hair perfectly. She listened & didn't cut too much off the ends, and cut my layers with precision. She took her time & was also so friendly. Will ask for her again!

Basically took a buzz saw to my head and messed up my comb over haircut. I’ll never be coming back.

The people there were great I made an appointment at the wrong one and the girl had other appointments and she took me a head of them she was great

I called 3 hours in advance to place an appointment for 6pm and arrived at 6: 01pm. I wasn’t seen till about 6: 30pm, which okay, is an inconvenience but I’m a very patient person. When Traci seated me, I showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted, which was a very basic haircut but she totally butchered my hair, and now I have to potentially either have it so much shorter than I wanted or I have to shave it all off. Traci, you knew you were wrong and how bad you messed up judging by your reaction when you finished my hair. This is absolutely unacceptable, If you don’t have time to do a haircut, be honest next time and maybe don’t give your client some sort of hideous hybrid between a mullet and a bowl cut?
