Soniyah is great. She listens to what I want and offers suggestions in a kind and professional manner. She has cut my hair twice, and did a great job!

Ann does a good job and puts up with all my little changes I think I want. I have been going to Ann for about 4-5 years. I like her and I like the way she cuts my hair.

The salon is a very nice place to go they always keep it clean. All the stylists are so nice and professional. Soniyah She is knowledgeable profession kind and has that special touch. She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable. She always make sure that you are satisfied with your outcome. And never has a problem fixing something at the last minute. Because of employees like her is why I drive from Far to Come to Supercuts.

This is my go to place for a haircut. The staff is very friendly and it’s usually very easy to get an appointment. They always do a good job and the prices are reasonable. I’d definitely recommend

I have been going to Supercuts and more specifically to Anne the manager for over 10 years I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ann has done me well for all this time and I have recommended dozens of people simply because of her cheery attitude and her expertise in cutting hair and giving me the best color I've had in years she's awesome

Soniyah is the best stylist I have ever met. I have had my hair colored for over 40 years she has excellent listening skills and cuts hair fantastic and fast but my testimonial is about her color skill technique and her level of confidence that always puts my mind at ease! If you are ever in the area stop in and ask for her she is efficient, has an eye for distinct detail and always goes 110% above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
Her knowledge of suggesting products and sharing styling techniques can't be beat. I am a customer for life her work speaks for itself. I work at a Doctor office and several of our clients bragged about cut and color 2 of our clients have been so impressed they have already had color and a cut done.
You won't be disappointed she is funny, nice, and most of all an awesome colorist and stylist she is an asset to Super Cuts and they should be very proud to have her on their team!

Walked in to get a appointment. Didn't make one! Because not one of the stylist had time to fix their own hair. They all had their hair up in a ratted bun. If there to lazy to do there own hair I don't want them doing mine. It's my opinion and shows professionalism in there line of work to at least do there hair.

The girl was very professional gave me exactly what I asked for trimmed eyebrows, neck everything. Great job

Most horrible experience ever. Technician wanted to go home, but was told she had to stay and take the next walk in; unfortunately that was me. Started cutting my hair before asking me how I wanted it cut. I offered how I wanted it cut. She never acknowledged that she understood and continued on with no response in a very agitated state. She then indicated that she was done and made preparations to have me get up. I asked if she would cut my bangs hanging in my eyes, and she stated, “l’m done get out of my chair, throwing her scissors on the shelf in front of me. Picked up the scissors from the shelf and cut my own bangs so that my hair was not hanging in my eyes. While doing so she grabbed my hand forcing the scissors into my scalp causing a puncture wound and began screaming for me to get out and to never come back. I did as she said while assuring her I never would, but asked her name. She refused to respond. Upon returning home found that the Foxwood Supercuts was not a franchise store and that they are running rogue, which came as no surprise to me. Caution anyone and everyone to find another place to have you haircare performed.

I came in to get my hair fix and the lady who fixed my hair did an amazing job with excellent service and costumer service I recommended going there.

I’ve been going to Ann since she started at this salon. It's been many years. I have not had anyone else cut or color my hair since. I enjoy talking with her, it's not a boring ole haircut. My husband, daughter and 3 grandchildren also get their cuts and styles from Ann. We love her.

I just wanted to stop by and say its been several years since my last review. It just keeps getting better. Ann knows my colors and she is ready when i get there. I am very fussy about my cut and she nails it every time. She's so easy to talk to I feel like i get a break from life when i walk out those doors.

Walked in, no greeting. 5 sytlists at chairs. Stood at desk for about 3 minutes. Still no acknowledgment or greeting. Sat down, waited another 7-8 minutes. Went to restroom. Walked back up front and the obviously unbothered employees still ignored me BUT acknowledged the old couple who walked in.

You actually might want to have your employees greet potential new customers. Just a thought, since your current employees don't know how to do so.

My Granddaughter and I have been coming here for hair cuts since we moved to Ocala over 3 years ago. Ann is a absolutely the best and if she ever leaves I will not be going back. They have a new person there who is very rude and has no sense of customer service. If not for Ann I would not go back.

Soniyah was incredible! I had been searching for a new hair stylist/barber since I had moved to Ocala and it was very difficult. She was knowledgeable and passionate about what she does providing me tips and her professional advice on best ways to style my hair, cut my hair and even steps for future hair health. She is absolutely a must-see and you have to get your haircut by her!

Brought my friend for a haircut and decided to get a trim myself. They were very accommodating and friendly! I'll definitely be back!
