I got a hair cut earlier today from Jose and he did a fantastic job! He definitely lived up to the hype of these reviews. I came in with medium length hair that was feeling pretty blah…hadn’t been cut in months. I asked for a shoulder-length layered bob and Jose worked his magic to bring my hair back to life! I am in love and back to feeling like myself. Jose was so kind and made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. I will definitely be back! Thanks Jose.

Absurd customer service. They have one person working. I make an appointment and am told that a person who walked in before me without an appointment is before me. Absolutely ridiculous and this is not how the industry works

Jose cut my hair and did a fabulous job. It was a little expensive but I think that was because I have really long hair. I highly recommend

I just got my hair cut from Jose and he did an amazing job! I am super insecure about my hair because a lot of people don’t know how to style/cut my hair and I went in feeling nervous but came out feeling amazing! I haven’t felt this great in a long time! He is the best and gave me amazing advice to keep my hair healthy! I will be coming back consistently to keep my hair in amazing shape! Thanks again

I called to get a price quote and I’m from out of town with my daughter visiting my dad/grandpa I going to a beauty day with my daughter and there prices were out of the wazo so we we decided not go

Just a warning— got a haircut from Claudia and she seemed heavily inebriated. Dazed, confused, took about 5-10 seconds to respond to each question I asked after staring at me in silence. Slurred words and gave me the worst haircut of my life. Tried to work with her to repair it multiple times, and I realized it wasn’t going to happen. Had to travel to get it fixed and the stylists there were shocked at the job. Look for warning signs and remember to evaluate your safety + quality of the service.

I had Lynette cut my hair at another salon, So when she left I was told she was at Super Cuts. So I followed her because she is a wonderful stylist and has a great personality. Glad I found her so here I will stay.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location! It’s always clean and the online checking is so easy and convenient! I can’t speak about all the stylist but Lynette is absolutely fantastic! She must be really good for all patrons because so many people and come in and request her even if means waiting a short time she’s worth it! I’m not sure if your company gives out atta boys but if you do she really deserves it!

I made an appointment online today for coloring. I am so happy that I called before because they canceled my appointment. They canceled because they do not do coloring on Sunday’s …. Have never heard of that before.
At least I didn’t have to drive all the way there.

I would like to start off saying it’s not the company as a whole or even all locations. This location at Rio Pinar with Isabel is where my issue lies, first the wait times were not accurate but that could be because she was moving slow, second they say walk ins are welcome but after sitting there for 30 minutes waiting on her to finish a kids cut another customer walks in and she says that since they had an appointment then we had to wait some more so she could take them. I have never had this issue at any location including this one before. It’s one thing if it’s been 5 minutes even 10 to take someone who made an appointment, but when you are taking that long on a kids cut how is anyone suppose to do a walk in appointment or even get an accurate wait time if they do make an appointment online.

I visited this place yesterday, by accident, and I left super pleased and happy. Jose, tremendous stylist and an exceptional human being. Not only did he do an excellent job on my hair (highlighting, cutting and drying), but he treated me as if I were at home. People like Jose make a difference. If you pass by this room, ask for Jose, you won't regret it. Thank you thank you thank you Jose!
