April is the BEST. She’s been cutting my hair for about two years now. She’s friendly, witty and very sweet. She’s also very caring. She wants you to look good and feel good when you leave.

Jordan did an amazing job on my color and cut and the price was awesome. I won’t go to anyone else

A Wednesday afternoon around 1, empty salon, was told would have to wait almost an hour for a trim. Maybe that’s why the place is empty?

I was a walk-in didn't take but a few minutes and I was in a chair getting a haircut. Hair came out great.price was reasonable, couldn't be happier.

This SuperCuts here in Palatka is awesome! Shay is my hair stylist and she does an amazing job making me look better than Tom Cruise! She is very friendly. The shop is very clean too! I highly recommend this shop for a haircut!

Tarrin is a superb stylist and colorist. She knows a lot about all aspects of making hair look great, including, healthy and shiny. Tarrin knows how to style hair for the most attractive look that works well for a client’s face shape and which products enhance a quality cut and style. She is a perfectionist. I highly recommend her.

My cut wasn't as good as it has been one tne lady that cuts it is on maternity leave and she's really good.this time the lady didn't give any shape to it like I wanted guess I will have to get a new hairdresser

I accompanied a friend to this hair salon. They were very nice and made her hair look pretty.

I was at Supercuts with a friend to get a haircut for a gentleman friend who is turning 91 this month. We had an appointment made early that morning & waited very little time in chairs while the woman finished the cut she had started. When it became his turn, she asked him what he wanted done with questions like how long do you want it on top & on the side burns. He answered & she cut it just the way he requested. Supercuts was clean & well run, the two workers were sociable, & he looked handsome within 15 minutes. A few men came in without appointments & they had to wait longer, so I'd recommend calling ahead. Because my friend was so well behaved, our other friend and I took him to get ice cream afterwards. His cut can be seen in the right corner of this picture.

Had A very good friend come in there to in the Palatka store on 9-29-23 all shewanted was a cut and color the lady accused my friend of having head lice now mind you my friend is a clean person and she is dealing with cancer so she justed wanted anew look the lady was very rude to her and told her she could lose her license if she did her hair this place is not a very nice place have a heart don't judge people

Person that was assigned to me was very rude when explaining what kind of cut I wanted! She gave an analogy of wanting a million dollar house with a 20,000 budget!? She was partially handicapped using a leg cart and was probably not in the best of moods but still needs to watch how she talks to customers! I took my apron off and walked out! I will never go back to super cuts again!

Absolutely love this place! April is usually the only person I let cut my hair because she’s always ready for the challenge! Every single time I go in it’s for something new and she’s never let me down! Love being able to check in on the app while still at work. Super easy to use and everyone is always friendly and helpful! Fully recommend this spot! Thanks April!

I used to get my hair cut here but no more. I honestly hope it goes out of business. How can a place be run so poorly? How could the owner, or manager not want to make money? What, 8 stations or so, and only one person there cutting hair? The next appointment is hours away? Ridiculous. Never again. Do not use this place. Teach the owner a lesson about customer service and running a store.

Jo is so good at her job, she’s got great customer service and she’s so passionate about what she does. My highlights look so good!

Checked online and called, it said there was no wait. Drove all the way from Satsuma, got here and they said they can't get me in for 3 hours. Just called the number again, where I was told again there's not a wait time. Don't waste your time coming to this place

Just got my hair cut there by April and it's the worst haircut I've ever had. I asked for layers (which I've had before) and she started to part my hair in the middle, I told her that I part my hair on the side. She told me it has to be inthe middle for layers. Not true, since no other hair stylist has ever had to do that. She also completely butchered my layers and left a huge gap between the last layer and the next one up. One side of my face doesn't even look like it has layers at all and the othe side is choppy. She did the same to my sister. Don't go to April. She'll ruin your hair. I'm on the way to a different person to fix it. Wasted $25.

You have to ask if they can cut a certain style hair. I went with a fade for my son. I tired at home to fade his hair it wasn't quite the way I wanted it to be. But Supercuts right here in Town & Country by Publix. Did my boy right, I don't really tip much, but when I do, it's greatly appreciated. Thanks

My daughter Jacquelynn wanted a new style for the new school year so we got her a color and cut and Ms Jo at Palatka Supercuts exceed our expectations we are so pleased with the final product Thank you for making her first day at a new school the best!

My son's first haircut that we didn't do at home.very disappointed when his dad brought him home.
