I had a good experience here. Alfreda did my hair and she was a pleasure to meet. She did a great job on my hair. She is very calm and makes you feel comfortable, asks how you are doing frequently. I explained to her what I wanted and she gave me the best advice and closest result to what my hair would work with concerning color. I love the result and I enjoyed our talk, we laughed alot and had great conversation. Overall she exceeded my expectations to what my hair can take with the light colors. Thanks for taking care of me!

I wouldn’t recommend anybody here. It’s important to connect with your customers. I did not feel it. I felt like my money is all that matters. Staffs has no personality. (Ive seen dry wall show off more personality) I will be getting my needs done at the cut & color room salon instead.

Great place, only need to call 30 mins before you go there and make your reservation. Don't have to wait too long either.

While hair looked fine at first glance, I got home and realized there is a one inch wide section that is three inches shorter than the rest of my hair. I asked the employee not to take to much off as I wanted to keep my lengtuh. I feel as though the employee messed up and rather than take responsibility decided to cover up her mistake. While I’m sure if I contacted location they’d offer to fix it for free, I have no desire to go back there again. I also paid in cash so I doubt I can get a refund.

Best haircut in Orlando. Hannah is a fantastic stylist and a great person who always cares about her customers and has great attention to detail to insure total satisfaction with the service.

They don't care if you are busy.they will take the break whenever they want.tried to call.they said no appointment.
And the only one who knows how to cut your hair is one person.the man with tattoos.the rest are bad.

Me and my family always using Supercuts on Sand Lake road for our hair cut. Our hairstylist is Melanie. She is very friendly and she taked good care of us and give us great hair cut. She is excellent hairstylist. Everyone is so friendly. Thank you Melanie for giving us great hair cut.

We came in 20 minutes before closing to get eyebrows done and she said that we would need to come tomorrow. You are OPEN still how are we not allowed?

Hair cut was good. Stylist seem aggravated she had to cut my hair. They were all sitting around talking when I walked in. Guess I should have known even the service people have the same stuck up attitude as the rest of the Dr. Phillip's area people. The store was clean though.

Vanessa was awesome she did a fantastic job her style of cutting is very unique ladies go to her she is awesome

This was a good location. Better than most. Got right in. Just wish they had more deals. 18 for a guys haircut.may im ild but not that long ago it was like 14. No more reward points there either

I went to Vanessa for a hair cut and I am very happy with the turn out! The ends are very even and my hair looks so healthy. I wanted 2 inches off and she nailed the exact length. There wasnt a lot of conversation at first but ending up having a nice conversation as the consultation went on. She even gave me some great hair tie advice. 10/10 would recommend!

Came here for haircut to my boy and was a horrible! The lady doesn't know how to cut. She doesn't clean after the haircut! Bad, bad.really bad!

I am very disappointed at the haircut I got here today, one of the Asian ladies, she's short and a little chunky, and she completely gave me the worst haircut I've ever gotten, I could've just went to a barber shop and and get a better haircut for $5, she just doesn't know what the concept of hairstyling is. Never coming back again

Excellent for the price! My fiance and I both had Brittany and we are both very pleased! I was very nervous about going to a chain salon but we were displaced from Key West for a couple weeks after Irma and I didn't know what salons in the area to trust. The staff was friendly knowledgeable​ and the cuts we received were great. I would definitely come back next time I am in Orlando!

Honestly the worst haircut I've ever had. I asked the lady to give me a fade and to not go to high on the sides and she did the exact opposite. Cheap is not always the best option.

Was awesome. I cut my own hair at home and i looked like a finger with teeth and Brittany helped me look like a human again

Went here twice with my husband and they are unprofessional and rude! After paying for 2 haircuts that were done so badly, we will never return to this location again!
