Excellent service by Gwendolyn. I'll be back for sure. It took a little effort to find the place. Pull into the lighting store parking lot and you'll see it on the north corner of the building. It's just past TD Bank.

They destroyed my hair. They jus pass the machine and that's it. They don't understand what the client wants. If you value your hair I recommend you to stay away! I just wanted them to fix my hair because I have a job interview. When I looked up half of my hair was gone and she was passing a #2 machine. I want my money back or my hair back!

Asked for a simple fade, the cut was terrible and uneven the woman was nice but I had to go to another barbershop to get the cut fixed. Would not recommend.

Don’t bother making an appointment and if you do expect it to be 30-45 minutes after what you scheduled.

I’ve been going here for 5+ years now. They’ve always given me good quality haircuts and organized scheduling. Pam and Remy are the best ones to see. They are both very good at what they do and also have good personality’s as well. They also have helped me with guidance on hair style products as well. Very good location.

Waited in line, we were told they didn’t make oppointments, someone came in after us and they took him right away, we over heard the lady taking an appointment over the phone for later that day. Bad Management, will never return.

Decided to go in to get a trim and some layers.never again. This lady butchered my hair. I left with it wet so it seemed very layered and light compared to when I came in. After it dried I was left with a mullet and uneven layers. I’m talking layers that are 3 inches and no real shape to my hair. This was in august and since I have been trying to let my hair grow before anyone touches it bc the layers are still so short and messed up. I’m really not nit picky about my hair, it’ll grow back, but for the past 5 months I’ve struggled to just wear my hair in a manor which you can’t see how messed up it is.

Fantastic haircut and fantastic service. Came at closing hour with a few minutes left.staff was extremely nice and allow me to get haircut. 11/10 much better than other locations

Good cuts, good price, friendly. They have cut my Grandchild’s hair (18 months) which took a lot of patience. Recommend calling for an appointment.

Supercuts forces employees to work sick? Based on a review posted on this feed, I asked for that person today. Sitting down, I asked how her week went. She had a recent birthday but she was sick as of Monday with a sinus infection which are contagious. Out of concern for my health, I immediately asked if she saw a doctor, 'yes' and if she was on antibiotics. "I was told I could work. " The same towel she used to wipe water from my brow, she used to wipe her forehead (fever?) and clean her hands. When she used a smaller clipper to trim my neck, I felt it rip my skin and winced. She asked what was wrong. I told her and she sprayed the clipper with oil and kept going. She then used the same towel to wipe my neck (!) I walked to my car and immediately used isopropyl alcohol where the clippers grabbed my skin and then with antibiotic cream at home. When I called to speak with the manager, I was told by the person who answered that it was company policy for employees to work when sick. Whether company policy or not, it is not hygienic and unacceptable to subject other people to potential respiratory/sinus infection or cross contaminate towels and use them on customers. I will contact Supercuts management and the Florida department of professional regulation.

Dee was a great stylist. She took her time and for the price, did a better job than any other cut I've gotten.
