Nancy was amazing! I was pretty nervous going in. I have extremely long, thick, and curly hair. I told Nancy what I wanted and she gave me he expert opinion and we made adjustments. I cried when I left. It's been a very long time since I felt that good about myself.

Couldn't be happier with my hair. Nancy was amazing her experience and skills made a terrific match with my hair. She listened to my request asked questions and kept the communication going and left my very curly hair so silky and straight ill come back again and again. After years of trying to get a hairstylist that get my style I finally met my match. I'm so greatful.

Ok so! I’ve always seen this places even in Miami and didn’t have any faith of it just because, yesterday I had a problem with some hair extensions and I was need it a hair cut desperately, they were the only place open in my area on Sunday (I’m the kind of person if I want something I can wait 2 days to call a place and make an appointment for 2 weeks) so first I was received by a old lady (no trying to be rude or discriminating her age) I was trying to explain what I was wanting but she was a little rude saying to the other worker hey take her because she is changing her mind to much and I can’t work like that … was the best she can do because I meet NANCY! She is more than perfect she have a vibrant personality she hear you out give her point of view in what you want and patient, she just did what I want and even more what I expect! Please go with her! I 200% recommend her!

I wish I knew the new ladies name. She was new and from Venezuela. I was tge First customer of the day. I walked in the place smelt very clean because she was cleaning. Then I sat down for an amazing haircut.

Beautiful work from Daniela. She made my daughter’s hair look amazing for her baby shower. She was so happy and we are glad we found such an amazing person to do our hair. Thank you for being so talented and amazing. I hope she doesn’t leave this place. She is an awesome manager as well… this salon definitely has a great staff and very clean. Will definitely come back as long as she’s here.

The staff always greets me by name and are so nice to me. They never get my hair cut wrong and always do an excellent job. This place is great and always know how to treat its customers. I will not go any place else.

The worst haircut my son has EVER received. Nothing like the pictures, uneven and just plan terrible. I am appalled. They didn’t charge us, but you can’t hide a bad haircut as a boy.

I came in as a walk in and was ignored by the 3 women working. By ignored I mean not even greeted. I sat and waited for 1 of the 2 women cutting hair to finish while the 3rd straightened shampoo bottles on the shelves. When the first woman finished I expected she might actually greet me when she finished cleaning up but alas I was wrong, she just joined the other woman in the break room in the back. So I just walked out. I’ve never come here before and needless to say I will never be coming back but I will feel free to voice my opinion on the extremely snobbish way you seem to do business.

My boy's first haircut. He was not happy to say the least. They handled it quickly and professionally. I'll be taking him back here for his second haircut.

Daryl cut my hair yesterday and it is the worst haircut I’ve received in many, many years. We discussed how I wanted my hair cut and Daryl completely ignored our conversation and cut my hair like I was in the military. I’m very dissatisfied and will not be returning to the salon after 15 years.

Daryl is an excellent hairdresser. He always listens to what the customer says and has an extremely friendly personality. My family has been going to him for years now
