The service engineer was called Shawn and a very friendly, professional man who did the best he could for us. The company who we have been with for several years are very professional and give good service. Highly recommend

Trey from Superior Heating and Cooling was so awesome. He was not only polite, but knowledgeable and great at explaining everything. We so appreciate his help in solving our ac problems.

The company called and reminded me it was time for service (always good to be reminded), set a date and time. Shawn Paradise arrived right on time. Went over the system and reported all was well. Very nice guy. Professional and went over what he found and did. Recommend him to anyone.

When we arrived to our home late last night and discovered that our AC was not working. Needless to say, it was quite hot inside. We called Superior Heating and Cooling Management and immediately obtained an appointment for early morning the next day. Mark L.was a blessing!

We have used this company for many years and have always been extremely happy with their service. We have a maintenance contract with them and they come once a year to check our system. I have had them out twice since moving here and have been very pleased both times. Shawn was out most recently and was great to deal with.

The first guy that came a couple weeks before my second call apparently didn't know what he was doing. The second guy fixed problem immediately and knew what he was talking about.

Time for our fall AC checkup. Patrick arrived promptly within the time window I had been given. He was polite and was very good with our dogs, we have 6 Chihuahuas and they are always a problem whenever we have repair people coming to the house found out he has 3 dogs so nothing new here. He went right to work on our system and found mold in it UGH! He explained our options without any pressure to purchase the Platinum Carbon Air Purifier to kill bacteria that could get into our system and cause mold, but we decided to purchase as I have COPD. Patrick got right to doing the installation and was soon finished. I don't know where Superior finds these people that work for and represent them, but they do a fine job doing it. Great people!

This is a little late but just goes to speak volumes to the service we received. I am writing this review for my friend John Robinson who does not like to do things like this. I was visiting my friend John when Trey arrived to repair his system. Trey was knowledgeable, informative and went above and beyond to explain the issues he was having. Oh yes…. Very satisfied with Superior Heating and Cooling Services. Our A/C unit was diagnosed with a clogged water line and repaired promptly by Marc Ludwig, our technician, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Superior in the future.

I cannot thank Trey enough for his outstanding service. I had been short of breath for three months. He found mold in my a/c unit and ducts. He installed an ultraviolet light anti mold system. I am already breathing better.

Contacted Superior Heating and Cooling for AC maintenance. My husband and I had already discussed not letting them “sell” us anything we did not need. Don came out and took the cover off the unit and can I just say, HOLY COW - MOLD! The previous A C unit never worked properly after installation, and was not big enough, so we went ahead and agreed to a new larger unit. Because we DID need it. And because Don was so concerned about our health with all the mold we were breathing. The unit we got has a UV light to kill the mold and is big enough to cool the house without having the temp set at frigid. It has already made a difference in how it cools the house. The young men who installed it were polite and efficient. But today was duct cleaning day which was part of the service I got when we agreed to a new AC…I cannot say enough about Danny who did this service. Personality plus, as well as thorough and efficient. I know if I have any issues (which I am sure I won’t) I can call Don and he will take care of it with a smile and I know he will make sure I have my yearly maintenance done to keep the new unit working efficiently and properly!

Excellent service from Shawn, made sure everything was done and done right with extras inclded. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, also his helper was so nice. Never will I choose another a/c company
