If you don’t want your loved one to suffer then I suggest a different facility. If you want inadequate care, lousy management, under qualified “charge nurse” then this is the place for you. It was always my understanding a RN needed to be in place, but this facility breaks the rules. Be aware, you’ve been warned!

Ms. Jessica and staff are awesome. The really know how to make folks feel at home and comfortable.

Not good! Wouldn’t recommend my dog to this place. Nurses are either under qualified or d@@b. I don’t know, but unless you’re one of the “favorites “ you’re treated very poorly

Awful! Awful! Pull your loved ones. They’re lazy, can’t even manage the most basic of tasks.

New update. This place started going down this year, 2023. Had to ask them to give my mother in law shower's, came to visit and her, hair was oily and she had B. O. Had to stay on them a lot, just didn't listen. Finally had to start going up on weekend's and giving her a shower so I knew she had at least one. Stayed one Sunday all day with her, she had a UTI, no one came in all day. When asked about her medication she was supposed to have had, they said it was given. F-ing liars. Finally had to have her sent to the hospital, severe UTI, yeast infection and pneumonia. If we hadn't been active with her care, I believe she would have died. This place sank to the bottom.

The staff is outstanding! They are very helpful in making the transition as comfortable as possible on the resident and family
