We offer next day service and a 2 hour window on all service calls. No waiting around all day for the bugman! Baloney!

Superior Service of Central Florida is any but Superior. I signed a contract with them 5 months ago to take care my lawn as well as pest control. My lawn looks terrible and doesn’t look like it’s had any fertilizer put on it at all. Today I called for service and spoke with Julie, because their web site say and I quote “ We offer next day service and a 2 hour window on all service calls. No waiting around all day for the bug man. ” Today Julie said I was due for service next week and I ask that someone comes by tomorrow to discuss my lawn problem and she that would be at least 3 weeks out. I ask about the we offer next day service and was told that is only if they have someone available. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that none were in the office. I ask that she give them a message, she said she would but couldn’t guarantee that anyone would be in contact. I ask about canceling my service and getting a refund and she told me I could cancel service but there would be no refund. I would advise to avoid this company like the plague!

Michelle was absolutely wonderful and is very knowledgeable on all aspects of her job. She had a small issue and called in Mandi to help and she was great as well. Great team work! Very professional, friendly, and will be using this company as long as I live here.thanks ladies!

All they did was take our money and never did anything to our lawn had to call to get something done the technician never put fertilizer on our grass this is the worst company we have ever dealt with fired them with 4-months left on our contract people stay away from this scam

I just tell my neighbors to take one look at my deplorable lawn before making a decision as to start or continue service with this company. They had 15 months to service my lawn and in my opinion my lawn looks like hell! Oh and they will come up with multiple excuses so as not to refund your money. I will never use this company again!

So the company responded suggesting that my lawn issue was due to the winter months. LET ME BE CLEAR, THE PHOTOS POSTED WERE TAKEN IN NOV 2022! Long before any alleged winter issues. This company just comes up with excuses for their incompetence when it comes to lawn service. What they are correct about is all I want is a refund for services not rendered. A pretty reasonable request in my opinion. If they were a reputable company they would refund without question. I still await my refund!

Fortunately the state of Florida has a very aggressive prosecutor for companies that take advantage of seniors. They are my next email!

I’ve had Superior since we moved to the Villages (16 years) and they were the Best. I don’t know what happened? But it is no longer the same great service. It’s now terrible. When we returned this fall, our lawn turn into weeds. I’ve called to discuss this problem and what happens: appointments totally broken with excuses we are so busy. Try getting a real person to discuss your problem with? GOOD LUCK! You get to start all over at the beginning with the person that caused the problem in the beginning.

I had issues that they came to fix and even tried to remove fertilizer stains but apparently they couldn't get them out because it was not caused by any of their applications. Had originally given 1 star but gave 5 because they tried to help me.

I called one week ago to have someone check my lawn. I was told someone would be here between 7AM and 5PM. I waited all day and by 4: 50 no one had shown up.
This is from a company that advertises their good service. In my mind this is unacceptable.

We use Superior Services for pest control. I have multiple year long contacts with them. We have had the same fantastic tech for many years. They got us through both a flea and tick infestation with flying colors. Due to COVID 19 and other life changes our regular tech has not been available. I asked the service appointment setter for our new tech's first and last name. I like to look them up on our state licensing page and make sure they are licensed and that there are no problems. Today the company rep refused to give me the first and last name of our new tech. She said it was not her place. I have been a customer for many years. We are retired first responders. They have our first and last names, address, credit card info, all of our rental properties that they service info, yet I am supposed to allow a complete stranger into our home without even being able to look up his state license status? This is a big red flag problem in my opinion. UPDATE THEY GAVE ME THE NAME OF THE TECH. He has been very professional. He is licensed. It was an untrained employee that refused to give me the info. I am still using them.

I would not recommend this lawn service company. Repeatedly asked for additional weed control through the office and each time they failed to deliver. Their technician is unreliable and does a poor job of applying products. Will not renew with them.

Would not give any stars at all! Driving down 301 the truck expelled some kind of chemical all over my van. I had contacted the company with no reply. It shouldn't have be exposed like that due to safety reasons. I am livid!

I can not recommend this business to any of my friends after my poor experience. The first lawn treatment nearly killed my grass in the front yard to the point that I had to re-seed the area. After I complained, they stated that the technician applied too strong fertilizer down. They did come back two more times to correct their mistakes. Then I noticed the entire one side of my house is covered in hundreds of dollars weeds. I called the office and they sent out a technician who was supposed to take care of them. The dollars weeds have taken over the whole one side of my house. I have called the supervisor/owner and he said he would come out the next day to look at the problem. He never called, he never called me back. This business has very poor customer service. I made the mistake of paying for the entire year up front which I will not do again.

Beware of this business! They NEVER answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail and they will call you back (maybe) when its convenient for them and AFTER they hear what the call is about. A manager was suppose to call me back but that was two weeks ago and still no call. I started this lawn service six months ago and my lawn still looks terrible. My neighbor has the same service and their lawn is even worse than mine! I made a huge mistake by paying in advance. The woman that handles the questions about contracts was quite rude and disconcerning.

I have used Superior Services of Central Florida for six years now, and I am very pleased. I have pest control inside and outside, flower bed and tree fertilizer, lawn fertilizer and weed control, and irrigation, all for $600 annually.
The annual billing is convenient, and much less than paying for each visit.
I recently had an irrigation leak, and 2 techs spent about 9 hours in repair time, for digging and finding the pvc leak, connecting the pvc pipes and elbows, and then quality control. With my annual contract, I only paid for a service call and parts, which was less than $150. Fantastic and reasonable! (Thank you, Tiffany and Brandon!)
My lawns and flower beds are simply the best in the neighborhood, thanks to DJ, who is their expert, ace tech guy. DJ has fixed dollar weeds and fungus on many occasions.
In the past, my neighbors and I have used Heron, Massey, and Deans, and Superior Services of Central Florida is simply the best.
I read the other reviews, and I agree with the manager, that there might be another company called "Superior" in this neighborhood providing landscaping.
I could not be happier with Superior Services of Central Florida! (The ones with the Black trucks with orange letters)

I have had nothing but poor service from Superior Services- I have repeatedly asked for treatment of my lawn which has many patches of weeds. The owner was suppose to come to my home at 9 AM on a Monday morning- he never showed or called to cancel. A week or two later, an employee showed up taking photos of my lawn. I asked what he was doing & he told me he was be sharing the photos with one of the owners- Again no call or visit from the owner- been over a 2 weeks since the photos were taken. Poor service & a total disregard of a long time customer.
