I'm Alex the plumber. I did some work for them 11/05/2021 and I have not get paid. They don't answer my calls.
Update: 03/01/22 They returned my call and sent me a check.

We gave Bruno over $11,000 deposit August 31,2021 and over two months later he emailed me to tell us he couldn't do the job because he was moving and our job was too complex and that he would make arrangements to refund our deposit. He literally did not respond to at least 20 texts, voicemails, and emails asking to get my deposit back.

Finally he agreed to meet me and give me my money back this November. When he did he pulled up, handed me an envelope and drove off. Weird. When I opened up I found out why. Coward. He short changed me over $3,000 for restocking fee (He never gave a penny to The Granite Place) and other bogus reasons claiming I canceled the job. After ignoring us to refund us the rest of our deposit we will be taking him to small claims court. Worst experience with a contractor in my lifetime. I would really think twice about giving this guy any deposits.

We had walked up to Bruno Izzo`s shop since it's close to our home and we had seen the "Granite" sign. I brought a simple drawing with rough measurements of our new kitchen countertops and Bruno, the manager, immediately gave us an initial quote. The next day we decided to accept it, he sent us to a local supplier to pick out the granite we wanted and less than a week later he had it installed for the price he had initially quoted and in top quality. I can only recommend Superior Stone Services: Professional, great staff and a very nice manager who we liked immediately. It cannot get better than that.

Bruno and his team did a great job for us installing our countertop. It was a very difficult task to get these giant pieces of rock up to our 2nd floor unit but they did it and installed it well. They were very responsive and nice to work with. After searching for granite all over Sarasota and Tampa and talking to so many people, we chose Superior Stone and I'm glad that we did. Highly recommended.
