Do NOT USE as a Subcontractor for your business. It is apparent they are overwhelmed with other projects & deadlines. They were contracted to do a job many months prior. Yet, they do not work in consecutive days in a row. To only show up either once or at the most twice out of the week with no days worked in between. They do not return phone calls, nor uphold to their said timeline. Before you know it, two months has passed with part of the job somewhat accomplished. They have pisspoor time management & execution. Health Warning: If you have health medical issues, they are not to be recommended.

Got here tested the system, changed the filter and did an adjustment to the system. Everything seems fine now.

This is our first experience with a water system and we have had some questions, but every time they are addressed quickly and thoroughly. We are very happy with superior, Jimmy, and Godfrey.

1 star only because you can't give less. The customer service is horrible! They schedule appointments and don't call or show up. This is 2x with this company and now you don't get another chance. Thanks for nothing!

The best water systems in my opinion. Unlike the ones powered by electric, their systems are controled by the water used instead of an electric timer. Above that, the service is outstanding and helpful. A must stop for water system information and service.

I could not be happier with the recommendation from Godfrey, buying a whole house reverse osmosis was the best decision by far. I will never go back to a different system that requires chemicals in my drinking water, The maintenance plan and service from superior will Make me a happy customer for life

David came out and checked our water quality and made some recommendations. We already had owned a Kinetico water softener in Michigan and was quite happy with it. The install went great and I would recommend Superior Water Works.

We had our well and water system installed in 2009 and were very happy with it. The last few years I noticed a rotten egg smell and my clothes turning orange or rust spots on them. They came out a few years ago, cleaned our system, and it helped for a while. I bought new towels and they started turning bad. Bad smells again. Had them out again a few months ago, all they cleaned was clean a valve on top. $150 service call, $40 to clean the valve. I bought brand new white washcloths, which are immediately turning orange. A waste of money. We contacted Billy at Superior over a month ago, he said he would check on it and we've heard nothing back.
