I always come here to wash and dry my clothes and is always the same lady here she is always very nice, friendly, and helpful I never had a problem coming here but today there was a different lady with black hair that was working I have never seen her before she was so rude to people including my self the way she was talking to people and the attitude she had was really unacceptable she definitely didn’t have any people skills she blocked both sides of the washing area instead of leaving one side open for everyone that’s washing to come in and out then she was rude asking people to move you’re gonna have to excuse me is what she said to the people sitting down, including myself, and when my clothes was finally done washing, I couldn’t get a cart to my washer because both sides was blocked so I had to carry my four comforters in my hand, and when I walked to one of the sides where she was at, I asked her if she could please remove the the caution tape, because my hands was too full to do it myself she told me that I will have to go around to the other side because her floor was wet on that side I was already struggling, and afraid the covers were gonna fall out of my hands to have to go to the other side and she didn’t even go to the other side to help me take out the caution tape from that side, I had to ask another person that was washing help me take out the tape one person ask her about using the washers. She was rude about it. People washing was mumbling mad about the situation This was by far the worst experience I ever had in a laundromat. At this point, I didn’t even want to dry I just took my covers wet and dry it out another laundromat I would give it zero stars. But one star was the lowest, I can rate this

I use laundry frequently, but lately many washing machines are broken. Today I counted 10 broken washing machines.

Good customer service, very clean and organized. You are responsible for your belongings, so be stay on top of your clothes.

WARNING! No attendant. Early morning sketchy for a female. Parking lot and facility were filthy with food containers strewn everywhere. It smelled. The bill changer will take your money. I put in a $20 and got 2 $5's. Do the math. If there"s a problem, the answering service tells you it's 3 days before they even call you. Prices I felt were high. Shall I go further? I guess this review is worth the money I lost if others are saved from the experience I had.

I wish i can give this place no stars, the change machine hasn't worked for months. When ever you put in $20 it gives you back 15$ instead of $20 in change.when i go to ask for the $5 back they just write my name down on a list so they can call me for the money back but i never recieved a call this is the second time!

This is by far the BEST laundromat I’ve ever used. It’s clean, great prices. They just need to put better trash cans in the bathroom and make it more inviting otherwise I love everything about this laundromat. The machines are huge and clean clothes well. I’m never going anywhere else.

Overall a good laundry mat open 24/7 and is a clean facility including it's bathrooms. I've never had any issues using this laundry mat.

It's the cheapest around and they have the biggest washer that I have ever seen. They have a 9 load washer for $6,6 load $4 and a 4 load washer, I don't remember how much it was.

I love this place. I give it five stars I like the fact it's open 24 hours a day.you pick and choose when you want to go.you don't need cash.you load up a card take it with you no problems.place is always clean. I come from st. Clouissimmee. I've been coming here for about a year now. I've never had any problems and I will continue to come here.we just had one open in St Cloud. I thought it was run by the same management but it's a heck of a lot more expensive.it's coin operated.and I will still come to Kissimmee regardless of where I moved to.

This is the only laundromat that I have been in and always been clean and never that busy

It’s amazing for 24 hours and never have issues with the machines. However the staff member they had this morning (a lady training a gentleman) was extremely rude about her mopping the floor and people trying to get to the clothes and carts and refilling the cards to USE a machine. She even said the phrase (idk if these people are retarded or something) and was yelling at the person she was training. It’s a job, with the public, it happens. Being rude is uncalled for she needs to get fired or learn to be professional and know people have the right to walk and spend money in this establishment.

Today's very poorly trained staff explained to him that the machine had not performed the drying cycle well because the clothes were wet and he told me that it was because of the soap that I had put too much on it and that is why it stayed that way. Look, because there was a lot of soap, which was not the case, I put the exact amount, the washing machine is not working well, I wanted you to pay more money for them again, be careful when going to that place so as not to have a bad time.

Would be a better if a female employee who I had an experience last time I was here on Wednesday December 21 wasn’t such a nosey person

24 hours a day! Both facility and restrooms are always always clean. The parking is a bit less than I'd like but this place makes up for it long run. Prices are very nice the dryers Rock! It does not cost more than a dollar to dry a gigantic load of laundry. The dryers are extremely efficient and ginormous. The washing machines are all front loaders and range from smaller ones to big giant ones that you have no problem fitting in even the largest bed set with room for more. Super delighted!

This place is always clean when I go and I’m in and out. I love that it’s open 24/7. The outside isn’t as clean but that’s ok because I’m not washing my clothes outside.
