SureStay Hotel by Best Western Jacksonville South

I came in late one night and needed a room very quickly to get some rest in Jacksonville, I'm not going to lie when I seen some of the reviews on this place I was feeling somewhat uneasy but I was extremely tired. I purchased the room stepped inside and was SO SHOCKED, this place was extremely clean very nice [ up to date] and smelled wonderful.
I said I was definitely leaving a great review for this business! I recommend this place.

Clean room and friendly staff. I am a trucker from Canada. Truck required repair next door, so this location was very convenient.

Great place to stay. Very nice rooms and service is fantastic. Greatly priced rooms and they are super clean. I would recommend surestay to anyone.

Was not what I was expecting pictures were a lil deceiving than actually hotel was able to cancel reservation and book with another hotel in there chain

So far so good. Just checked in. Will give review in a day or so. Here for two nights. Clean rooms. Reasonable pricing. Great staff and cleaning crew.

You can tell that the hotel was one of the low budget motels but the remodeling was amazing. No bugs comfortable beds very clean no smell. Very quiet and peaceful

Came in for a business trip and stayed for 3 nights. Stayed in room 120 it was very clean and affordable. The older gentlemen that works there was so kind and polite. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room we stayed in was very clean. It did have some dents in the walls but nothing major. We did have to switch rooms because the one we originally got didn’t have a properly working toilet and the sink leaked every time we used it. We were also slightly upset by the fact breakfast is no longer offered even though it was still listed on the site.

My stay was horrible I had booked this hotel for the weekend just to get away. We literally were just sitting there i go to take a shower and low and behold the place has roaches and I explained im allergic to roaches and I needed to leave there hotel because of it they were rude and not understanding. Then I had to be on phone with expedia.com for 2 hrs to get a new hotel. It was horrible but I got a new hotel best Western premier I recommend highly.

At first I wasn't sure because of the outside appearance but the inside of the room is great! It was very clean and smelled good! I had an issue with my TV not working in the room, the manager came and fixed it right away. Great experience!

It's a dump. Small and mildew smell. Black mold growing on ceiling in bathroom room 210. No ventilation when taking a shower. You can hear the major highway. Thin walls. No coffee or bagged breakfast. Holes in floor under carpet. Holes in wall. The plug wouldnt stay in wall for hair dryer. Something wrong there. Lighting is poor. Go somewhere else

Soon as i walked into the room it smelled like heavy perfume or like a bug spray smell all the air and fans on, there was a hole in the sink (not the one for the drain obviously) and we found a cockroach in the bathroom so i immediatley got a refund and left, would have taken a picture of the bug but was in a bit of a hurry to get out of there without any hitch hiking roaches

The floor by the sink was filthy and my white socks were black walking around on the carpet. There were roaches in the room, the door to the bathroom didn’t shut. There was a gap in the bottom of the door for the bugs to get in. The only thing that was clean was the bed

Nice clean rooms, plus the office was planting lovely flowers while we were staying. 5 stars for the price!

Rome wasn't built in a day. Have patience. Older 2-story hotel being renovated. Arrive early and if you get a dud room just ask for a change. The staff is kind, helpful and accomodating. Whole yard around parking is completely fenced in and barbwire. My life is in my vehicle and I felt very safe. Lots of food around and safe to walk to. Super clean and fresh room.

The hotel is clean, beds comfortable, the staff helpful, but some of the guests were less than acceptable.unfortunately not the hotel's fault

This people failed to clean my room couple of days during my 6days stay. I had to beg for soap and supplies to clean with. Awful. Not that impressed.

Tried to cancel a booking less than three minutes after hitting confirm.

Sent an email. Ignored. Called. Ignored. Really classy establishment.
