Surf Style 103: Surf, Swimwear, Sporting Goods in Panama City Beach

Location (10400 front beach Panama City Beach) is supposed to be open until 10pm but closed the store at 7: 45 pm. We arrived 10mins prior to this and were rushed out. Very disappointing!

I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

BOGO 50% hey dudes advertised on the board outside. They wouldn't honor it in store because the sale wasn't "valid" anymore. Manager got ahold of the owner/General manager and he said it was select styles only and they didn't have them in store anymore. The sign outside didn't specify certain styles. The manager then told us we could call customer service to see if they'd honor it. Well that's not my job and it's also false advertisement when you have a sign up for a sale but you won't honor it. Don't recommend this store. Their staff wasn't friendly and are obviously advertising sales to get people in but they won't honor them.

Marquee out front says Hey Dudes buy one get one 50% off. The short haired blonde cashier said that promotion is over and wouldn't honor it. So I said I'll take one pair because I had already told my son we would get some. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to remove the other pair. Then she got a bad attitude and started slamming things around. I paid cash and she forgot my 25c in the drawer, when she couldn't find a quarter on the counter anywhere she gave me the 16c she found and looked at me like "that's close enough". When I didn't accept, she went somewhere else in the store to get one and threw it on the counter and said nothing else to me.

What a poor excuse for customer service

Men’s Hulk shorts. $65. They advertise SALES all the time but Sales Prices are usually regular everywhere else.

So many items to choose from. The staff are okay, usually pretty friendly. The prices are great on the clearance items. We always like to go in and browse when we are in Panama City Beach Florida.

Staff was extremely rude, especially the girl running the register! I asked if a veteran's discount was available and was promptly told "Nope! " with a chuckle from her as well. I won't be back. EVER. Go to Alvin's Island if you need something beach related.

Has a lot of souvenirs and also had the tiki man that I like to put on my back porch to give it that beach vibe

We were going to go shopping here, but decided not to after how the women with short blonde hair behaved. Her attitude is DISGUSTING! A women with heat exhaustion had passed out and was non- responsive right outside the front door. I ran in after calling 911 and asked for a bottle of water letting her know I would pay for it, but there was an emergency outside. She rolled her eyes at me and said no. The lady in line offered to pay for the water, she said no. I explain led what was going on and she told me I had to wait…. The Henna tattoo lady was very nice and tried to help. She too was shut down by the mean older blonde lady with short hair. I believe there may have been a language barrier, but my gosh she was heartless and mean. We intended on buying sweatshirts and hats for our stay, but took our business up the road to another store.

Nice typical touristy gift shop. Nothing new. It is however a little difficult to get to the parking lot if traffic is heavy. It is even more difficult to leave the parking lot when traffic is heavy.

A must for all your needs. Fantastic merchandise, great prices, thought-out store and friendly atmosphere. A no brainer for this local Peaceful Funky Hoops

10 of the same shirt hanging on a clearance rack. At checkout cashier says no, not the case. I then told her to go look, all she did is move the clearance sign. Do not buy anything from this dishonest place!

I bought several things here, nice ladies. Went here twice and bought something both times. Walking distance from the condo we stayed in.

First time. Won't be the last. Great helpful staff. Convenient location. A little pricey, but they had nearly everything I needed. Great gifts for a family birthday. Only thing was I needed a ladies swimsuit top in a size for big busted women. They didn't have my size, but it was the end of season so no wonder. Lady salesperson still found me a fine solution though. I left satisfied.
