Emma, the customer representative was rude and so was the store manager.
I definitely don’t recommend anyone buying there anything.

Great location on Clearwater beach just a couple blocks to pier 60. This is a beautiful gift shop with a great assortment and a small grocery store as well. We came here because it's a parking garage on top for the flat rate of $24 for the day, no overnight parking. It's very clean. Only drawback is long lines to checkout, restroom and elevator as is expected at tourist destination. Also got a awesome henna tatto. Everyone visiting and working here is so happy. It's very clean and safe too.

HUGE store! They have all the beach going goodies you could ever want AND some! They even have a small grocery store which makes this a one stop shop!

Things to consider:
Check their clearance racks! You'll often find some great finds.

Great selection of just about anything you want for the beach or for souvenirs. It also has a little grocery store that sells a good selection of food and drinks. Alcohol is sold here but only beer and wine. Cigarettes are also sold here. The staff was kind. Good prices and good quality!

I bought their Surf Sunglasses within 1 hour I was back to get them replaced. Two hours later the 2nd pair broke. I didn't drop them or anything! These have to be the most cheaply made Sunglasses I have ever bought. This for sure has happened to other customers, I'm sure of it! Also, I received 3 charges on my debt card when I only used it once! I'm livid right now! I've called 3 times and left messages and did NOT get any response at all. I had to cancel my debt card at my bank and put in a fraud claim. I would suggest not coming to this place at all! Be careful when using a credit or debt card! I guess times are tough and customer service does NOT EXIST at Surf Style in 311 S Gulfview Blvd Clearwater Florida!

Ive never left a bad review before but people need to BEWARE, if you park in the parking garage you get 1 free hour. If you exceed the hour (in our case by 12 mins) you will be charged the full day parking price of $20 dollars!
And don’t expect Tony the parking garage troll to cut you any breaks either. We spent around $150 dollars in the store only to have to pay $20 more to leave!

Would’ve given 3 stars but they do not take returns and the way they informed me was pretty rude. Didn’t argue or demand one and was willing to work with them. Night before I was told No Fitting rooms to try on shirt I liked. Bought, didn’t fit and returned to find no sizes that fit. Asked for return. Was told my receipt (aka after purchase) clearly states no returns with major attitude. Asked for maybe a gift card as we were leaving town. Was rudely told no returns means no returns. I’ve been told to ‘go to hell’ nicer.
Great selection here but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Was told there was no fitting rooms and that i could purchase anything, take to my hotel and try it on and bring it back if i didn't like it, but i would not get a refund, only store credit. Will never shop here again

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this store. They are not enforcing the mandatory mask ordinance an employee informed me when I asked. Shame on you! My husband and I go there every year on vacation and we spend a lot of money. We will not be doing that this year.

Toy quality is terrible ripped within 30 mins of use and I bought two different toys and both ripped.and customer service was also terrible they didn’t want to help out with anything didn’t give a return either. Terrible experience. Don’t recommend

Has amazing quality things for the family at a low cost.and has amazing green shovels.also has amazing song playing while your shopping for green shovels

Shop is ok. Has GREAT beach access parking at an affordable price. Free fornthe 1st hour then a $20 flat rate price for the rest of the day. Shop was dirty but can't blame them completely as it is next to the beach. Great options for souvenirs.

This was me and my sisters favorite place to go in Clearwater. It was a big and nice store with a nice check out. Other shops were kind of sketchy and overpriced. They had a really nice selection of shirts and jewelry that wasn’t cheap looking.

Unbelievably large store right across from Clearwater Beach. Inventory and selection are both huge! Under Armour, Vans and so much more. Plenty of shirts, skateboard gear, swimwear, shorts and even a grocery store! Wow!

One of the many Surf Style shops. This one does not have a indoor surf pool like the other one on the Clearwater beach. Some things are fair price but some things like the beach chairs were pretty over priced in my opinion. Probably because you’re buying the Surf Style name if anything. Took awhile for someone to check me out at the register as well. But they have pretty much anything you’ll need for the beach.

Great Store - Great Staff. Nicely located and direct access to the beach from Coronado Drive. YUGE selection of beach gear and Clearwater tourist clothing. A small grocery shop with drinks, snacks, fruit and BEER! I will visit this place again and again and again! (DID I MENTION THE AWESOME STAFF.)

Huge selection of T-shirts, apparel, accessories, anything you can almost think of! You can really get lost and lose track of time in this store. LOL
I bought tons of stuff for family members from here. My only complaint would be that they have a 7 day return policy and wish it was at least 2-4 weeks as most business have a standard 30 day return policy. Other than that great store.

Bought 2 speedo snorkel sets. Very poor quality not a real speedo. I will be contacting speedo to look into it. Be aware. Came back 15min after the purchase to return but was not able too.

So I went to their site to find out how much the indoor surfing is for my family and I didn't want to sign up for their emails so I decided to call them it says to press 0 for the operator and I did so and the person picked up the phone and disconnect the line immediately. I called right back and a female answered the phone I asked her how much the indoor surfing was she placed me on hold for a few seconds and then disconnected the line. So I guess that they don't want our (Florida resident) business. Bye now! Also I posted a screenshot of my call so the public knows this is not a fake post from their competitors although I will be calling their competitors, this is Florida this is not the only indoor surfing place I will be sure to miss all of their locations.
