Loved this shop! The sales girl was super friendly and helped me find what I needed for gifts for family. Also let me use a restroom when i needed it. Made sure i got ALL my discounts. She bagged stuff separately to protect all my stuff. Made me and my husband feel welcomed. I would definitely go back!

Nice place to shop. But be aware no air conditioning and its extremely hot in the building.

Terrible place to shop. No AC. No public restrooms. Some much over priced tourist junk. To cheap to give there guests a comfortable place to shop.

Woman working couldn’t be bothered to put out her cigarette and come inside. Poor customer service. High prices. Choose another “beach shop” in the area.

No refunds, only gift card. They would not refund money paid for swimsuit, in which the velco (for front closure) was barely attached. The employee there (appeared to be Ukrainian or Russian) seemed to barely understand English, and wasn't very friendly. Very disappointing experience. I'd suggest going to the new, friendlier store, on 98 near Airport Rd. - that's where I used my gift card. Uggh!

The store has posted signs that they do not accept returns/exchanges on beach items. This policy is in place so that someone can't purchase items to use at the beach for their vacation and then exchange them for a t-shirt before they head back home. I completely support this policy.
In my experience, this policy prevented me from receiving what I believe to be a warranted exchange and will prevent me from purchasing certain beach items from this location in the future.

I purchased a $50 body board designed for adults. The very next day, the bottom of the board was bubbling out because it appears the sun had negative affects on the glue that holds it together. I took the board back requesting an exchange since this was not caused by how we used the product and they refused to issue a refund.
