Great atmosphere.very knowledgeable staff.always a pleasure to go in.all they need is a cigarette ashtray outside.

Just had a delivery from Surterra and I highly recommend them! We ordered from the Kendall location and the ground flower was a little too grounded, but still 5 star service.

Very nice people there everybody's willing to help explain everything to you they are really great for newbies people who are new to the medicine and they explain everything to you show you how to use everything they're just great all-around I use them all the time

Personally I'm tired of these reviews raving about friendly staff. I care more about what they offer. If you want to pay more, rarely, very rarely receive a discount and don't WANT flower, then this is your spot. Still waiting for the so called frequent buyer perks that even employees can't claim or access. Pffffff

This was the first time I've ever been to this company when I was on vacation in the Keys the staff was fantastic very nice very helpful made my vacation very more pleasurable highly recommend you get your car and go check them out!

I love the enviroment and the staff, both outstanding, plus I love the fact we see each other so much we know each other on a first name basis, makes it even more inviting.

I'm down in the area quite a bit and went by this location they refused me after I had $400 worth of product in my hands the lady comes back and tells me they cannot sell to me because my driver's license had expired on my birthday even though my medical card was valid. I will never visit this location again I'll take my money elsewhere and let everybody know as well. That's ridiculous now drove a couple hours but found another one they had no problem selling to me and said that is ridiculous they had never heard of such.

Excellent experience every time I visit. Great products, nice store, but the friendly staff is what gives it that 5th star in my review! Thank you Surterra Key West!

Low key from the outside, beautiful on the inside. The store itself is cool and inviting. I really like the vibe in the store.
The staff is fantastic! Super knowledgeable, very nice and patient enough to answer all of my many questions, lol!

I bought 3 cartridges of coral reefer from here so far two of the three have leaked out of the top. If you don’t live in key west and cannot go back to this store to return I wouldn’t purchase anything.
I was also out of inhalation milligrams when I went and they had no problem putting it under a doctor I had never seen before. I wouldn’t have realized if I hadn’t have gone home the next day to Bradenton and my local dispensary said I was out of inhalation and had been. I wondered why my doctors name had changed. So I have leaking products that I can’t return and get my money back for and I’m basically s.o. L. I had applied here online but I don’t think I agree with they way they do business. Something fishy here.

I feel like a jerk that I don't know anybody's name there yet. The staff is super helpful, amazing disposition and knowledgeable, in really every employee. They do a great job at hiring people. All around pleasant experience.

Received an empty cartridge. Also the two that worked were different tasting and not as effective as Trulieve.
