Love it here! Definitely the fastest dispensary in town by farrr, never ever a wait! All the staff is amazing and kind especially Drew is always so helpful!

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean location inside, and the smell is always wonderful. They also do delivery, which has always been a great experience as well.

Becca and the team were great. Came in ten minutes before close and nobody likes that, helped me with no issues and a smile. Shout out to the team tonight!

No customer service or rude at best. A couple real good strains which fasley advertised present on online ordering but not in stock waste of time and gas in today's economy.

Bait and switch. I ordered on line for pick up. They would not honor the price online even after I showed them the itemized list with the prices the website had. They blamed it on a "glitch" and didn't care. They should honor the prices that the website shows. I will now go somewhere that cares about their customers.

Definitely my new dispensary of choice! Went in today and got my new customer discount and i got amazing products, and the staff was very friendly.

Horrid mgmt.and 2 of the postove new reviews are from the mgr friend and employees lol. Worse yet they don't know their product and don't care to. Sad. Save your money and time Go to sanctuary beachside (Angelica is amazing) or AYR orange park or Sunburn 5points for great product, and education on what u r buying. This is a medical disp who has no clue about their own product

Customer service is my biggest concern when I go anywhere. I don't know what the budtender's name was, because he didn't offer it, but he was not pleasant. He refused to smile, and most of his answers were short. I felt like I was bothering him.

He knew I was a first-time customer there because I asked him about the specials. He said it would be 60% off, up to $250. That's a good deal, and I was fully willing to purchase $250 worth. But then I looked at the flower menu, and there was only ONE choice for Indica. I use only Indica for my anxiety and pain. I like to purchase a variety once a month. There were some pre-rolls on the back, but he informed me that they were only. 35g each.

I told him I didn't want to waste the 60% discount on the extremely limited selection. He just said, "Okay. "

That's funny because he was incredibly nice to the guy before me. I could hear their conversation. He even told that guy they would be getting more flower choices soon. So why would he not say the same thing to me? Who knows? Age discrimination is real, and I encounter it much too often from young people in customer service roles.

Perhaps if they allowed tipping, their employees would be more inclined to be nicer to EVERYONE.

They also do not have a public bathroom.

No, I did not purchase anything. There are too many dispensaries close by to ever worry about going back there. I have a favorite anyway, but they close earlier than the rest. I can wait.
