Hearing the word cancer is scary and intimidating. Her medical expertise and positive bedside manner along with her encouragement and patience has made a difficult diagnosis a positive experience. Her assistant Brenda was a great communicator and super helpful with all the details as we navigated the process. Brenda is also bilingual, a great help to my family.

Dr Susan Ceramic was very kind & competent. The hospital staff was efficient and caring. BUT the office was absolutely horrendous. It took 4 days of calls to finally get a call back regarding the biopsy. Considering that I am a cancer survivor, it was 4 days of not sleeping or eating, worrying about the results! Very cruel!

Dr. Cera was wonderful, caring, informative and took the time to answer all of my questions and address the issues that I have been having recently. She put my mind at ease and so happy that I have been given pills instead of drinking that horrible liquid for a colonoscopy. She was recommended by my neighbor Kris. I have given her card out to several of my friends. Her staff is friendly, informative and a pleasure to work with.
