Sushi Masa Hibachi And Grill, Pensacola FL

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. Our wait time was for only 35 minutes. The food was good and fresh. I encountered a problem but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

Always very good quality food at a fantastic price. All you can eat food with table service. It’s sushi heaven!

The sashimi I had tasted frozen and I could only eat a couple pieces of it. The sushi The rest of the table ordered was not that fresh either. We did not know this places was a buffet. If we did we would have chosen elsewhere to eat.

The food here is so good. I love the small portions on the AYCE. The seafood is always fresh. Never disappointed.

Waitress was fantastic, food was excellent, the place was really busy, so a couple of mistakes were made but quickly and efficiently resolved. Loved the cold fruit saki.

We love Sushi Masa! The food is consistently excellent. While every sushi place can do the same rolls, Sushi Masa uses fresh and flavorful ingredients. The service is always very good. The all-you-can-eat option is such a great value this has become our "go to" place for every celebration.

I did the all-you-can-eat and it was an incredible deal. The food, standing alone from the deal was very good strongly bordering on excellent. In fairness my excellent involves sushi at twice the cost of their stand alone pricing. I can not strongly enough recommend Sushi Masa for a meal or all-you-can-eat at this price point. Enjoy.

It was my wife and I first trip to Sushi Masa. We were very satisfied with the quality of food, the promptness of our server, and the AYCE price. We will definitely be coming back.

Manager is the rudest person. Threatened to charge us more. We came to eat lunch got charged incorrectly and were accused of trying to scam them. He accused us of not knowing how the food industry works. Each of us had a roll under 8$. Also talked us down and told us “we will understand when we have jobs and work in the food industry. ”

Be prepared to wait! This place is popular. If you are a big sushi eater, this will be your favorite place. Service was good and restaurant was clean. We have found there was less of a wait going at 3 or 4.

So the lunch all you can eat special is completely worth it. Granted the "crab" is not crab. The chef's attention to quality even on the food for all you can it makes the meal completely worth the visit. Great service this time.

This is a good place to try new things and eat alot of sushi. Prepare to wait, very popular spot even during lunch on a week day and busiest on a weekend. Try the double spicy roll.

Checked out Sushi Masa for the first time. AYCE sushi was good quality and not paper thin. The birthday fried cheesecake is the BOMB! The staff is friendly and though it was a long wait, it was worth it!

I decided to sit at the sushi bar. I placed my order with my drink order.got my over priced meager sushi roll.had the waiters grabbing orders over my food. I ate and never received my drink until I was ready for my check at that point I was just ready to go home.this is the last time I eat here.

I came here right at 910pm. They told me they would not serve me. You've lost me, my business, and any other business that I might acquire. There are many sushi places to choose from. This is no longer a place for us. Thank you for letting me know that I was insignificant.

Oh boy, $25 for all you can eat.amazing selection, great sushi and appetizers, I haven't had a single menu item that was not good, and I think I ate everything they have (:

Absolutely great experience everytime. The all you can eat lunch is a great deal. Just make sure to get there when they open or you might have a wait on Saturdays or sundays.

Just left this place and had an awful experience, they told us the wait was 25 min and asked if we wanted to sit at the sushi bar instead, we agreed and sat there for 30 minutes where no one even looked at us, it’s my girl’s birthday and I am trying to give her a good time, so we walked off and went to ichiban where they served us in less than 10 min with great service and awesome food.

It's got a nice atmosphere, but the three different rolls we got (ninja, tnt, and dynamite) were pretty lackluster. Not bad, nothing to write home about.
