I always order their spicy conch salad and their spice conch roll. They are always fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. I have tried other Sushi Sake restaurant and this one at Bird Road far exceeds them. Nice, professional staff too!

Worst place to go. Service is really bad, servers are to young they don’t know how to
Serve. Takes forever to bring food and or any request. On 8/17 I order chicken hibachi and sushi, they brought the soup first (good) then the chicken hibachi and while I was eating the hibachi they brought the sushi. They did not know the order of an appetizer… there was a hair on the sauce, I did not complain just took it off, but later I found a roach leg which I called the waitress and she told the manager ; he said I can take the plate to the chef and make sure what it is, after awhile he came back with my plate and said the chef said that it was dirt or garbage from the vegetables and then asked me if I wanted to keep eating, really… after my food was touched I was really in shocked, let along that I have roach fobia. I’m even proud of myself that i did not put of a show. Then the waitress told that the manager was going yo give 50% off (what) I told her no inlay my full bill because that even offended me when they were supposed yo bring me a news plate with new food and not charge for anything… never go back.

I ordered by uber a sushi roll and chicken fried rice. This had to be the saddest sushi roll and fried rice I've ever had! I would have thrown it away if i wasn’t so hungry! Roll was not tasteful, more rice than anything else and cut un evenly. Fried rice was just chicken rice and soy sauces everything else was missing, rice was a little hard. I’m disappointed.

Order arrived thrown all over the containers. Complete mess. The rolls were extremely soggy and the rice was old. Worst sushi I have ever had and over priced. Waste of money.

The place is nice, but the food is nothing special, very regular and the guy who served us didn't know where he was standing

Food was excellent, fast and excellent service. The only problem is that clean the empty tables with Windex while you are still eating at the next table, so you may savor the windex along with your sushi bite

Ordered a few things on 6/4/23. The fried rice was ordered to be well done. The fried rice I received smelled of almost burned plastic and had no flavor of anything approaching fried rice - the steak and shrimp were overcooked three times over.

The other items were two rolls and those were mostly rice and a tempura shrimp which was mostly dough and even that wasn’t tempura on top of being soaked in oil.

After speaking on the phone with the manager, which apologized and offered to remake the fried rice, I have only called to report the dish ordered and what I received in hope that other customers will not receive the same service.

I will not be ordering anything else from here. Too bad, as it was a solid choice up until recently. Avoid if you’re looking for quality food or quality sushi.

Mediocre food. Ordered 7 different sushi and 2 hibachi to go. First of they did not write on any sushi roll boxes what they were. So it was a mess figuring out who has what roll. Second it was very bland. Both hibachi came super dry. Rice were prepared separately and were dry and proteins were cooked separately and came in plastic containers that were super ugly. Carrots were cut in a way that each sliced carrot was at least 4 inches long. Never again.

I had previously given 5 stars. Today I have to lower the grade. This sake sushi from 40 st is my favorite. I have visited them all and this was the one I liked the most. I have been visiting this place since 2015 and have always had the best service. And my miami heat roll was always the best. I don't know if it's because they changed managers or if I went at a time when there were quite a few people. The boy who helped me was not attentive at all. I asked for an el sauce and it never arrived. I had to ask another waiter who brought it when I was almost finished. When my waiter showed up he didn't even apologize for not bringing it. He just didn't mention the topic. The miami heat roll was cold and lost quality and quantity.
I sincerely hope they improve by the time I return because otherwise I would be very sad. Here I have celebrated almost all my birthdays, anniversaries, February 14th and I don't want to stop doing so.

Pink sauce was missing from take out order, I when inside gave me only one, I have to buy and extra one for a dollar, I paid with a $20.00 bill and had to wait 15min.for my change because they had to go to Fresco to get change. Ridiculous, waited for manager didn't show up after 5min. I left.

Order takeout and it appeared to be rush-hour for dinner, and the process was very smooth. Got my food fairly quickly and it was tasty and hot too. I was very happy with the food and the service.

Food was great! They no longer serve Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio and Saratoga fancy water in a blue bottle. Now they have an off wine and water! Please bring it back.

Sushi sake is a chain around here, with varied quality both on sushi and entrees. I've been to about 5 of them. This one is by far the best. Almost not even a sushi sake. Comparable to better sushi options around town.

Very dissatisfied with the order and specially the customer service. Do not waste your money. They do not appreciate customers. Disappointing.
