They were absolutely wonderful, everyone was so Friendly! My sales person Chris really took good care of me, very knowledgeable, patient and nice!

I went to get my oil changed. The service rep (John Bartolotta) suggested that I have the transmission serviced because the car has 58,000 miles on it. The warranty is good for 60,000 miles. Thanks to John, I dodged a big bullet. Listen to your rep, they are there for you!

Scheduled an appointment to look at a Chevy Silverado. In the days leading up to the appointment I asked about a couple of Frontiers as they are much cheaper. Upon arrival I let them know that the first thing we wanted to do was appraise our trade in, we were also informed that the truck we were there to see had already been sold. We let them know that our credit wasn't the greatest and that we do not NEED a new to us vehicle but we were looking for a TRUCK to pull our camper. We also let them know that we had already gotten an approval for a Tahoe that we know can pull our 26' camper. We informed them that we were trying to start the home buying process this month so we did not want our credit hit a bunch of times. They had us run our credit one time. As we were our looking at the trucks they brought us the keys to a Nissan Rouge and assured us that despite not having a tow package it could tow the camper. We asked to check for trucks they could get us approved for. Then they came to us with the keys to a Mitsubishi outlander sport. We mentioned numerous times that we should wait until after my credit report cycled so something would drop off and shoot my score up 20+ points. This person Hounded us. We agreed to check it out. We decided it Might fit our needs maybe. It hadn't been through detail yet though. They kept trying to push us into a higher payment than we wanted. We tried to leave Several times and each time they took the key to our car to look it over again or check something else with it. Finally they got the payment where we agreed but the credit hits kept rolling in. 10 credit hits later they took us to sign the paperwork. We were never told the final price only the monthly. This whole thing took several hours 11-4 and our 4 year old was getting angry. By the time we made it home we could tell there was something Majorly wrong. My husband took it to work the following day to try to diagnose it. He found that the battery was dead and it had never been through service, the oil was never changed. Among other things. Tuesday (less than 72 hours) we reached out to try to get some answers or get our car back. We were basically told No "ALL sales are final " (yes I still have this voicemail). Then I got to looking at the price and I looked the vehicle up on Edmunds. The car is worth $8,000, we are paying $13,000 after they took $3,000 off for our trade. Why couldn't I have a truck that was $15,000? Then we called Mitsubishi and find out that THERE IS AN OPEN SAFETY RECALL that we were never informed of!

My experience at Sutherlin Nissan in Orlando on the purchase of my Sentra was amazing. I want to specially thank Ricardo Chaves for helping me out to get the deal that best fit my needs. We came into this place for the second time in 4 months after our last purchase just because we needed another Giovanni Curello fix and wanted to update our truck. We thought that we wouldn't work with anyone other than Javier but he was busy and we got set up with Raul "The Man" Otero. It isnt just 1 dealer that does an amazing job but now I'm convinced the whole lot are stunners! They have a way of doing business that perpetuates a good deal for both parties. Raul was very professional and courteous and if our family grows a little bigger look forward to doing business with him again in the future. Do yourself a favor and stop by Sutherlin before you buy your next car. Be blessed!

DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE CROOKS TELL YOU. THEY ARE EXACTLY LIKE YOUR STEREOTYPICAL CAR SALESMEN. THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOU IN, THEN EVERYTHING CHANGES WHEN YOU GET TO THE DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL LIE ABOUT MILES, TERMS OF THE LOAN, EVERYTHING! BUYER BEWARE!

Came in with low credit but I worked with Michael Norris. He was very transparent, professional during the 2 days of him working hard to get me into the car I wanted. Very much appreciate his help with everything. Overall, great person.

It only deserves a star because of Norris. He did great, and was conversational. I brought my car in after speaking to him the other day because I have a 17 Sentra SR. I had to bring in my Sentra twice for a shifter replacement.
Once when I was on the highway it went out and I was stuck, the other time I was stuck in daytonya for 3 hours because it would not move. The technician even duplicated the problem.
Keep In mind that my car has 9,800 miles on it. Had to replace a battery, not even a year of having it, had to get my speed sensor replaced. This car has been more stressful and costing me money left and right when only a few things is covered from warranty. I brought my Sentra there more than I can count! They do not stand with there product. I pay 370ish a month payments. Yeah sure they can upgrade you but you have to put money down, your payments would go up another 100 dollars. Because everyone has an extra 100 dollars to put down on a car? After speaking to Orlando the manager, to see what he can do, he can give me a new car for a extra hundred dollars, or give me advise which he said “better look into getting a case going through Nissan to lemon your car” if that’s not standing by your product then I don’t know what is. Couldn’t even help me after buying a car from them less then a year ago. The car isn’t even a year old. But I’m glad my safety is important.

I completely rescind my previous 5 star review of Nissan Sutherlin as I have issues with the contract and vehicle after the sale. They make it a point to get you to do a positive review right after the sale so they can look good online. They even throw in a "free oil change" if you do a positive review, or so they say. It's probably included in the sale with or without a review. Anyways, I signed paperwork with 14 miles on the odometer and I drove away with 673. When I realized their mistake, they couldn't do anything about it. When I purchase a brand new vehicle with 14 miles, I expect no more than 14 miles on the odometer. I've also requested a copy of the executed contract from the dealership and haven't heard back. Completely rude, unprofessional, and can't even do simple data entry correctly. Nissan Corporate will be in touch:)

I was in for service today for my altima which i am currently leasing. I noticed a sign for the dealership vehicle upgrade program and asked to speak with someone regarding it. Xavier in service got me with Andrew who was very helpful and explained how to best help me. I was able to buy out my lease and lower my payment 60$! Thank you again Andrew and Xavier for your help. Sutherlin Nissan customer for life!

If you're looking for an honest deal, give them a visit. It's usually pretty busy but you'll get taken care of well. As with any dealership, do your homework, find the discounts and rebates, then start the process. You won't find any hard ball or wise guys, just normal people. Oggy was nice, polite, and respectful. Just take your time, pick out your new ride, and then go take a nice long drive. Well worth giving them a visit.
