There are so many builders in Florida that we could have chosen, but when we met Joseph Falzone and saw the design of the Casa Dei Sogni Grande we knew that this was the home for us. SWFL Dream Homes was the Number 1 choice without a question. The layout is streamlined, open and well planned out for easy flow. The Lanai is an extension of the living area with a wide door opening. Exactly what we were looking for. Joseph Falzone, is dedicated to his craft as a home builder and as a person who cares about the needs of the his clients. He helped us throughout the building process. He responded within minutes to all of our questions and requests. We found this to be a unique attribute. As a client this all we could have asked for. If you are looking to build a home in the Ft Myers area, there is only one builder we would recommend and that is Joseph Falzone, SWFL Dream homes. Upon calling numerous builders in the Cape Coral area, Joseph Falzone with SW Florida Dream Home was the first to return my call. He spent many hours with my husband and I answering questions.
