Swarovski, Palm Beach Gardens FL

Have been trying to call the store for two days now with a question and no one answers and the voicemail box is full. Seriously?

Very unfortunate experience today at PGA. I was going to go shopping with my sisters for their Christmas gift. The blonde employee was extremely rude and had a repulsive attitude towards the customers. She made me never want to shop at Swarovski again with how she treated them.

Had an amazing shopping experience from the whole staff! Agatha, Erika and Seleena all helped me pick out a diamond necklace for my lovely mother. Will definitely be back for more!

Selena and Erica were wonderful in helping order a special gift for my son.highly recommend. If they don’t have it, they will get it!

I have personally witnessed racism and discrimination from the staff at this store. I contacted the store manager who did absolutely nothing but nod her head. She allows her staff to speak to customers in such a negative manner. Will be going to Swarovski in Boca Raton.

Very poor staff and management. We filed complaints against one their rude and attitude having employees. The manager has done nothing. They keep posting fake positive reviews from the store managers friends.

Disturbing store with horrifying and rude staff. Agata is a troublesome employee and the manager Selena does not seem to care. I have been a loyal customer of Swarovski for 10 years. I am reconsidering.

Very bad and sad experience. The worker agatha was very rude and discriminatory towards my sister. I witnessed her yelling at my sister and getting aggressive with her. The manager was of no help. Will be following up corporate.

I went with my sisters to shop for Christmas presents and was discriminated by Agata. She began to verbally abuse me and I retaliated. The store manager was of no help in trying to diffuse the situation. Very poor customer service. I have followed up with Swarovski customer service.

Very poor customer service by Agatha. She had an extreme attitude and extremely poor customer service. She became very aggressive with me, and started shouting at me. Her store manager insisted that the employees behavior was out of character, which I throughly agreed with.

The ladies here are super helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable about the company and their products. This is definitely a great location and I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience! I made a purchase a coupe of weeks ago and had an issue with the piece. Returned with the item and Jackie was extremely courteous and helpful with resolving the problem. She instilled a lot of confidence in me about making future purchases. Thank you so much!

This is, without a doubt, the cleanest, most welcoming Swarovski I have ever been in! The displays are gorgeous and the Seleena and Jackie we’re SO helpful while I shopped. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for high-end jewelry in the Palm Beach Gardens area!

I went into this location with my husband on inquiring about why my wedding ring in my engagement ring we’re turning my finger green, I don’t wear it in the shower I don’t wear it when I’m sleeping and I take it off when I wash my hands or do dishes and stuff like that and the employee told me that it’s something with my pH balance and that somebody’s overproduced certain things which could cause discoloration and I would just like to say I don’t think that jewelry employees should be giving out medical advice.

I would like to highly recommend Celina as the the best sales person. She did help me to find a watch for my birthday. Outstanding experience at Swarovski The Gardens of Palm Beach. 5 stars.

After a not so pleasant ordeal with the Swarovski website, I called the Swarovski store. My phone call was received by Saleena Amra and her customer service was amazing. I received my order today and it was beautifully wrapped and presented in their Swarovski gift bag ready to be gifted to our granddaughter at Christmas.
