Coaches Justin & Lauren always give workout options to help me through injuries or scalling if needed. From day one I didn't feel like "just a new membership" walking in through the door, I was welcomed and almost made feel like I had been there for a while. It's been great to build myself slowly towards my own goals with the guidance DSG provides. I use to hate group classes but now I can appreciate the value and motivation they bring to the workouts.
The value you get from DSG is there and well worth it!
